Just as Ululani quoted in its tagline, "all shave ice is not created equal", not all Ululani shave ice locations are equally good. Maybe it's just a one-off, but I feel like the shave ice I got here didn't taste as good as the one in Maui. Some parts of the ice texture were also coarser than I remembered. Ice is mildly moderately fine where it does melt in your mouth but does develop into a large block of ice if you do not eat quickly enough or finish. Silly me...
