They make their own tortillas here and sell them as well as their own tortilla chips and freshly made salsas. The tamales here are the best I've ever had. I'm a huge fan of the pollo (chicken) ones which are made with a spicy verde sauce. They're sooo good. I also love their puerco (pork) tamales. I always grab a container or two of their salsas and some of their tortilla chips. The salsas go really well on top of the tamales too. I often buy extra tamales to freeze and eat later too. Don't miss out on this spot when in Angier.

Cada vez que lo calentaba salía humo con olor a aceite quemado. Honestamente me daba vergüenza cocinar para la gente en esas condiciones. La tabla de cortar y otros utensilios también estaban llenos de grasa vieja que no salía ni después de lavarlos varias veces. Los manteles y otros materiales tenían un olor fuerte a grasa que incluso dejó olor en mi lavadora cuando intenté limpiarlos en casa. Otra cosa que me preocupó fue que cuando me entregaron los materiales estaban todos mezclados en una misma bolsa junto con cosas personales, incluso dinero. En mi opinión eso no es apropiado cuando se trata de utensilios que se usan para manipular comida.
