The lady running the hut was friendly and reminded me of my mother. That's how sweet she was. My order: Sweet bread - with Nutella, powdered sugar and bananas. Indian taco - with Tomatoes, lettuce, beans, & cheddar garnish It tasted heavenly since you starve for days camping and when you get a hot food it is the best. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was not too soggy nor crispy to the core. It was perfect. I was able to look into the kitchen. The process was straigh-forward. Make a circular bread dough from the dough on the table and put the bread dough into boiling oil and take it out when it was crisp and filter out the oil and add the ingredients and toppings.This is not just about the food, it is an experience.

It's family-run and seasonal so you can expect it to be closed during certain months. I appreciate that the honor system is still alive here. They prefer cash but accept other forms of payments as well other than credit cards. Please see my tip for details. You can expect to find delicious fruits, veggies, and eggs. Naturally summer months offer the widest variety of goodies. The prices are very low since there's no middle man. Thank you to the Hirschi family for sharing their wonderful produce with us!

High expectations based off of reviews + wait times (must be popular!) Imagine my surprise when I opened the pizza box and saw what looked like a Costco combo pizza (RIP), albeit smaller, less delicious and twice as expensive (the Hurricane). It was also missing the "jalapeno or pineapple". My kids ate their pizza and said it was "not bad", but they will also eat dominos with the same review. At any rate, take the high ratings with a cupful of salt. We've decided that Utah food ratings must be based on a massive curve. Not sure who is eating this food, but you guys need to go eat some legit pizza somewhere else.
