There were NO signs posted on the doors of the vehicle to prove they were who they were suppose to be. The gentleman who got out of the jeep was very rude and wanted us to pull the car out of the driveway and drive it onto the trailer. THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF A TOW TRUCK WAS SO THE CAR WAS NOT DRIVEN. once I told him that him proceeded to get back in to the jeep and drive AWAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Totally open and honest about the status of the troubleshooting process the entire time, didn't even begin to try to scam or upsell me anything, and just generally good vibes. 10/10.
