Bland's showed up quickly and gave me several options to fix the issue. I ended up needing a new battery and Devin took replaced it quickly and efficiently. A new battery from Auto Zone would have been roughly $120 with a one year warranty, while Bland's was $192 with a full three year warranty and another three year warranty that is prorated after that. Being as the battery being replaced was only a few months out of warranty with Auto Zone, I went with the $192, though hopefully I won't need the warranty. read more

My car was towed here and let me say 1. Elletsville is not for black people 2. The process that they take you to get your car will make you want to leave it there and buy a new one. Overall, if your car is towed here, be prepared for rude customer service, an unnecessary appointment to get your car released, and a headache of a process to prove ownership. read more

I don't know anything about Bland's towing service, but one of their wreckers followed me on 46, and every time I switched lanes, he would switch to get in back of me. While doing so, he'd speed up, then turn his brights on my trunk. Like a lot of drivers, he thought that I had my brights on, but Nissan Versas have very bright normal lights. Even if I HAD my brights on, it would not be okay for him to try to patrol the road this way, for he needs to just tow, and not be a traffic enforcer. This happened from 6:25p-6:28p, on Wednesday, 1/26/22- tonight.
