Have used them twice not - Once with Battery issues (very clad i called them as teh gentleman had significant knowledge how to solve the issue and had a proper replacement battery in his truck. other time they towed my Tesla to the dealer from Fort Worth to Dallas. A 1-star review is generous. Here's my review of Fort Worth Towing after attempting to work with them today. After reading the reviews of several local towing companies near Forth Worth during the day, I called the phone number for "Fort Worth Towing" (https://fwtow.com/auto-towing-services/) at 3:20pm for a tow request in NE Ft Worth. The towing job was for 2.3 miles (yes, a little more than 2 miles). The Company rep committed to arrival in "about 45 minutes - maybe a little less". I confirmed with the rep that meant about 4:10pm and hung up. I called for an update at 4:35pm and was told the driver would arrive in "about 20-25 minutes". Again I repeated their estimated time of arrival and confirmed this meant they would arrive no later than 5:00pm. I called back at 5:15pm to request an update and was put on hold for almost 15 minutes. Finally, a lady answered and indicated the driver would "be there in 10-15 minutes". So, given the prior calls, I repeated the prior estimated arrival times and their failure to meet their commitments. It was now 5:30pm and the mechanic shop where my vehicle was to be dropped off closed at 5:30 which means my vehicle will not be able to be dropped off today. I express my dissatisfaction and ask which firm she's representing (the Forth Worth Towing website says dba Delta Towing) and the lady says some new towing company named Bomar Towing is on the way. I asked to speak with a manager and she asked if I want to cancel the tow request. I said I NEED to cancel now that the mechanic's shop is closed for the day, but I reminded her that the original gentleman who answered the phone stated there would be a $49 cancellation fee if towing was cancelled. I told the lady that I now need to cancel (since the towing destination site is closed), but that I had better not be charged a cancellation fee for their firm's scheduling errors. She says she needs to visit with someone else about the cancellation fee and places me on hold again. After 10 minutes on hold, she disconnects the line without providing an update. It's now 6:20pm and I've been talking with this poorly run company for 3 hours which is 2 hours after the original estimated arrival time. After 3 hours, the tow truck never showed, none of the 5 individuals I spoke with took any responsibility for the handling of the situation, and no one has confirmed that I will not be charged for their scheduling errors - and I still don't have my vehicle over to the mechanic. BUYER BEWARE. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself time, money and don't jeopardize the safety of your family/friends. This group is not trustworthy and should be avoided if you care about your safety and getting your vehicle from point A to point B. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere to a group of people who will follow through on their word and actually provide the service you request when an urgent need arises. **UPDATE - as of the next morning (7/7/26), I see the company is attempting to charge me for $134.10 for a towing service that they never sent and even exceeds the $49 "cancellation fee" that they brought on themselves! Dear reader, if you see this while considering this company for your towing/emergency needs, RUN to find another service before they compound your problems and rob from you in your time of distress. I called AAA on 02/05/23 I needed a battery. The first technician from Towing Armada came out and accessed the problem and stated I just needed a battery and provided me the cost and no other problems mentioned. I declined at that time. I called AAA back two hours later and another technician from Towing Armada arrived and changed the battery and no mention that there was erosion, but did state I needed a negative battery terminal connector replaced afterwards and stated it was not costly. He did not state this information on the receipt. He stated I needed to get this replaced soon because it will affect if your car starts. On 02/07/23 I took my car to Nissan Burleson I need the cable to be replaced as well as well as the negative battery connector which cost $318.50. I spoke to Danny Armada with Towing Armada and he requested that I send him pictures and receipts and I did so. Mike Armada the Supervisor from Towing Armada called while I was waiting for the repair at Nissan and stated I was first suppose to take my car to one of their mechanics. I told him I was not aware of that but that this matter needed to be taken care ASAP. On 02/10/23 he stated that he was not going to do anything because I did not give him a chance and that I probably had erosion. I asked did he speak with his technician he stated he was off Monday and asked afterwards his response was he did not have a telephone. This was poor, sorry customer service and excuses endless. I was broke down in Weatherford and needed a tow to Grapevine Ford. Called Ft. Worth Wrecker around 3:30pm. They took my CC # to verify it was good. They said they would have driver call me when he was on his way. In the 1.5 hr. wait i called two times and was told the driver would call me in a few minutes each time. Finally after not hearing from driver again, I called Cardinal towing, whose driver called within 5 minutes. So I called to cancel with Ft Worth towing to cancel. Dispatcher told me they would still have to charge me $129.00 service fee even though they did nothing. I would not recommend this towing company to anybody. read more

Do NOT use this company!!! I called on Thursday to see if they could tow my car to a repair shop. A lady answered the phone gave me the price, and informed me that she didnt have any towers available and could take my number and call when one wad available. I waited two day and NEVER heard back from them. I called back to see if i was on the waitlist. She informed that i wasnt and there was no gaurantee they could get me in, and that i should try another tow company. This place was horrible and not reliable.
