They've watched my kids grow up and know us all by name. THE SERVICE AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE!!! I was a first time…read morecustomer and can guarantee this will also be my last time. Upon first arrival I was asked if this was my first time in which I responded "yes" I was then directed to park my car and he would be with me in the office shortly. Upon walking in the office I waited for them to cash out a man I front of me. Once the man was done I walked up to the counter. I was completely ignored. No one said a single word to me as I waited to talk about prices and services. As I continue waiting they took something off my car and was telling me it would be an additional 40$ to replace it when I asked what my initial price was for the service. They told me the price and I politely said that it is out of my budget and I'll take my business elsewhere. The man proceeded to tell me they had already started the service and unless I paid they were going to hold my car hostage. When I communicated that no one prior spoken to me about the prices of services or anything at all besides asking me was it my first time and to meet them inside I was then directed to a manager. The manager tells me that they do not have to tell people the prices of services before actually servicing them; and that if I do not pay the amount in full they are keeping my car and after 3 days start charging a storage fee. So I called the police. The police tried to get them to lower the price or press charges/trespass me so I could just leave with my car but the owner didn't wanna do that due to the fact I wouldn't have to pay. The situation was resolved and a dispute was made. BUT DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are highway robbery!! DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY COMMUNICATE AND WILL JUDGE YOU BASED ON APPEARANCE TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU! THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES NEED TO DO BETTER OR BETTER YET CLOSE DOWN!!! Because they do not know how to run a business!
