My wife & I have been AAA members for 20+ years. When we have needed roadside service (almost always for a dead battery that needs replacement) RAAM has responded to provide AAA service. We have been very satisfied with their service. In fact as I type this they are just now leaving my residence where they replaced a faulty battery. The nearest crew to be dispatched to me to jump and test the battery (which had a bad cell and needed to be replaced) did not have the right size battery for my truck in their vehicle, so they called another nearby crew finishing up another call who did --- and brought the battery to them so they could complete the job. Their crews were very professional & polite and - from the moment I contacted AAA, they updated me on their ETA via text message and cell phone calls, and they were very communicative when they arrived on the scene, diagnosed my problem, and then called another truck to deliver the battery I needed. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend them. I find it strange that all of their reviews here are either Five Star or One Star reviews - given that I have had multiple experiences with them over many years and would rate all of them at "Five Stars." read more

The driver was to come an change my flat tire.definitely the worst one of my stuff was broken way before. So it left me with 4 knobs while changing my knob he broke one of them ... from another tire he took one of .... Not only did he let me drive off with missing knobs they weren't screwed on properly. RAAM Enterprises was dispatched to me by AAA to tow my car after an incident that occurred at 11pm one night. The driver called me within minutes of receiving the request from their dispatch to ask what had happened and arrived within 15 minutes. He was the kindest man - we had a great conversation, he made me laugh, and made an unfortunate event into such a positive experience! Tow driver came yesterday to tow my town and country minivan. I met him, showed him registration, AAAcard membership and FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE for our van. I then gave him the key and the address in which it was to be towed (26 miles away). My shop mechanic called me as it showed up last night but I was in church. He left me voicemail. I didn't get it until this afternoon. He called to tell me the rams tow driver was upset because the rear window of the van apparently broke on the way because it wasn't secure. On the way during the tow the left rear window broke... I'm assuming it caught air ??? I haVW no idea. But it's not my job to make sure the vehicle I'm towing IS SECURE ON MY TOW TRUCK. Its THE TOW DRIVERS... I have a passenger rear quarter glass window that's broken on my minivan . My mechanic can give details on how the driver actually was verbally complaining to him upon arrival stating it's my fault, not his and not his problem. I need to file a claim on a quarter glass window that was broke because of negligence on the driver, not securing it before beginning the tow. Called the Albert (the Manager), then texted him twice. I haven't received a call or text or email back. Nothing. That's pretty bad. They obviously don't care that they have employees driving their trucks around on the freeway WITHOUT MAKING SURE THAT THE VEHICLE THAT THEY ARE TOWING IS COMPLETELY SECURE AND SAFELY LOCKED UP TIGHT. read more

AAA called Raams because they were at DFW AIRPORT where I had a flat. I sat and waited with no contact from the company. I called AAA back after 49 minutes and asked for another roadside company. They said they hadn't heard from Raams, but be patient. Finally, I got a text message and a call and the tech said he knew exactly I was and would be on his way. Another text saying another call came up so it would be another 30 minutes. My insurance company got me a service near the airport who was there in 15 minutes. No Raams. When my tow truck arrived, I got a call from the same tech asking me where I was. I told him to forget it and not to come. Do not call this company!!! Minus 1 rating. read more

I was driving my Acura TLX down Whitlock rd in Carrollton when suddenly one of their steel support bars that was holding the rear wheels of a large black BMW X7 SUV that they were towing, flew off the back of the tow trailer and went under my car at 40 mph. I could not avoid it. It tumbled under my car and caused damage to my exhaust system and a lower right control arm and bushing. The driver told me he could not find his insurance right now when I stopped to speak to him and inspect my car. Yeah... I tried to contact Rick T. (manager), thru Michael T. (driver), who offered me his phone number and to put me in touch with him. At first Rick was going to call me, but after a few days went by, he blocked me by phone and so did his Michael, most likely because they were instructed to do so by upper mgmt. Michael did assure me on a previous phone call that Rick will definitely call and this is not their normal method of operation. Yeah... I have text convos on my phone re all of this too. After taking my car to my normal shop that I trust, they informed me I have about $2000 in damages and Rick T. and Raams Club are just ignoring it. Avoid this company at all costs. I have been in the high end electronics business for over 30 years and I am very well versed in customer service and honesty and integrity. This company is not. Rich deserves ten stars. He has set the bar of professionalism, with his first question of asking about our safety. He made a stressful situation feel much lighter and showed us the proper procedures of how to tow a vehicle to ensure safety of the vehicle. Great man. AAA sent Williams to me for a jump start today 2/1/24. When I tell you he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to try to get me all started. Although the battery was fully charged, it wasn't getting the proper connection. He worked diligently to get me starter. I have a clear charge now, even though my problem is something else, I can't express enough how grateful I am for his efforts. He is in the right field, helping those in need. after waiting over a hour they notified me that the wrong truck was sent and they were sending another truck. then a hour later i got a message that it would be 30 minutes later, then 3o minutes later they did the same thing over again and again. when the operator got here you could smell alcohol on his breath. don't use this company they are not worth it. read more

RAAM's Roadside Club Service/ Dallas Fort Worth Tx Arranged to have my mom's flat tire changed. Contact the AAA Customer Service team for great service an normal. They adviced the would dispatched RAAM as their local Vendor in the Area. ETA 1220/26Aug. Never showed up. Recvd a text from RAAM immediately once dispatched by AAA. Tried calling the number they provided 818-270-8752 for a follow up per their txt message. Mail box is full, so you can't leave message or contact anyone. Went on-line and there reviews are subpar. I'm an elderly Charlie Atlas man and was able to change the tire in 30 minutes. Disappointing that the AAA of Southern California has a inadequate vendor servicing the Dallas Fort Worth area. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND. After being 2 hours past the given ETA the driver wouldn't get out the truck to tow the vehicle. Started an argument and acted VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The driver was rude and should not be working with people if you lack customer service. DONT WASTE your time. Non-apologetic for the delay and acted like a kid. Spare yourself the trouble. ZERO STARS. This company delivered my vehicle and failed to leave the key. First the driver said the key is either, "in the Ignition or in the cup holder." Then stated it might be under the floor mat. After no cooperation or follow up calls I reached out to AAA to file a complaint against atmmthis company. AAA reached out to them and they stated they would compensate the loss of the key. When the time presented itself foe them to pay I got the run around and was told to contact AAA for them to pay since so much time has passed. How does a company fail to leave a key then try to make another company pay. I hope this company gets REMOVED from the AAA vendor list. DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! POOR SERVICE. AAA contracted this company to take my SUV to a repair shop. While dropping my vehicle off, the driver drove between two buildings ripping down power, phone and internet lines using my vehicle to do so. After Multiple unreturned phone calls and voicemails I decided to drive to the address that is posted online. After speaking directly to Adelberto Pacas' girlfriend she was able to get me in contact with him. He proceeded to deny any fault and told me he was not going to be paying for any damages. I hit a curb was stuck in the parking lot of Whole Foods; I placed the call through AAA to request assistance within 10-15 minutes I received a call from my technician Joel. He was very professional and courteous, promptly verified my location made sure I was safe and in no danger. Arrived with a smile and upbeat attitude quickly assed the situation gathered his tools and got to work. After putting on my spare tires and it wasn't airing up I thought this day couldn't get any worse but he said give me a sec lifted the car added more sir apparently there was a pinch in the intake valve.. reassembled everything and put the damaged til tire in my trunk for me... for him this was probably just a routine tire change. However he definitely added value to the service I received took away one thing for me to stress about did it with a smile and quickly so I could get home safely just want to say Thank you Joel keep up the great work you make a differences! read more

Con Artists. They towed my vehicle and say they won't let me sell it until I talk to the manager (who never answers the phone). They charge by the day for storage, but won't tell me how much. I have a feeling they just want to put a lien on my vehicle, since they refuse to let me do anything with it. Don't use them for anything. they are very unscrupuless. read more
