We stopped by FUBAR one afternoon with my family -- my mom, my brother, and me -- and the experience immediately put us off. Before we even walked in, we were approached outside by two country-looking guys who gave the impression they were trying to proposition my brother to "go look at cars in the back" (wink, wink). It was odd and uncomfortable from the start. I couldn't tell if this is meant to be a gay bar or what the situation was, but the energy did not feel welcoming, especially toward my mom and me as women. Amazing! Truly the vibe and place to be. They have pool tournaments, and karaoke nights! Something always good on the TV. I've only met 2 bartenders Breeanna and Alisha they are so amazing! The best jack and coke with cherries on top. Corona extra with salt and lime yum! I would so recommend a visit or 2 they'll have you coming back for more. This is a cool little bar. Came here on a Friday around 7ish pm. Small crowd, everyone stared at us like we were new people on the block and were out of our element. When I looked in, saw the people, and the pool tables were empty, I said "yup! I let's do it!" We had a great night. Kimberly, was good with having our drinks ready in a timely manner. I'd be here more often if we didn't buy a new pool table lol. read more

We got snowed in, in the area and decided to make the most of it. We found this local bar, fubarbq which turned out to be the best decision we made this weekend. Great service, amazing people, nice cold beers and pool tables. Josh and Bailey are great bartenders. We made new friends and we will definitely be back! Cheap great drinks, friendly atmosphere, great pool games happening friendly staff kinda make you feel like your family

If you're going to this place to drink. Then this is the place you want to be. The drinks are affordable the people are friendly whether that's the locals or the bartenders. It's not hard to get a drink here meaning you're not fighting someone for the attention of the bartender. You get a mixed crowd though normally it's going to be an older crowd that's local. Sometimes you'll get out of towners who are either bikers or a family, but like I said everyone is extremely friendly. The earlier you come the older the crowd will be at the bar as well as the later you stay the younger the crowd gets. Obviously at night sometimes you can get some more than questionable characters coming through but like I said most everyone is extremely friendly and the questionable characters are usually the elephant in the room. So you won't be alone in what you are thinking.lolz One of my favorite things about this place is sometimes you can come on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and the place will be completely packed all the way until 2:00am in the morning. Other times like on Fridays and Saturdays they can be a lot slower which is ironic but at the same time I think people go to more House parties during those times or kick backs by a campfire. Which personally I like; sometimes people want to turn it up during the weekday and this place provides a community gathering of such people. This is my updated version of this place. I have had their food recently when previously I only had it in the beginning when they first open. I had their brisket sandwich which was good but for $14 it was practically a slider with fries on the side. I feel that it should probably be either $10 or less or taste a lot better. As well as they don't have a huge variety of food options if I remember correctly they may have 4 different food options you can choose from. I believe fries, garlic fries, brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and maybe one other item. I don't suggest the garlic fries. read more

Absolutely the worst food I have eaten in recent memory. Think about what you may find at the snack bar at your kid's softball game and then take it down a notch. Granted, this was take-out on a Monday evening so maybe they weren't on their "A" game, but still they shouldn't advertise BBQ and then provide grilled and prepackaged food. Yeah, I thought using a gas grill was BBQ when I was 12 but most grown-ups know what BBQ means. Example: the supposed "brisket nachos" consisted of some uncrispy, not homemade, tortilla chips, a couple of thin pieces of (definitely not BBQ or smoked) meat that looked/tasted more like roast beef than brisket, topped with what appeared to be nacho cheese out of a can. They didn't even cut the meat; never seen nachos with 2" by 6" pieces of meat on top before. Burger patty looked like is was cooked on a gas grill. Mac & cheese sucked also. Most of the meal went directly to the trash. Definitely not BBQ and hardly even food. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more
