This Fuddruckers is a scam. St they are not using 100% USDA All-American premium-cut beef. They are using super high fat beef that has some type of filler in it. The meat we ordered medium. When we got our order the meat was grey. I have visited other Fuddruckes when I lived in NJ and the 2/3 is one whole fresh patty. I ordered the 2/3 and they gave me two patties. That alone tells me they are not using franchise burger meat. Total disappointment. Service was just as bad. The lady at the register was rude I asked for more fries which all Fuuddruckers offer she looked at me with diagust. read more

Fudd yeah! You gotta love the name Fuddruckers. I grew up eating Fuddruckers during a time when we didn't have gourmet burger places. Back then it was fast food burgers and Fuddruckers, so Fuddruckers was the place to go for good burgers. In Chicago they've closed down almost every Fuddruckers, but we have a ton of gourmet burger spots that are actually much better. I'm visiting TX and thought I would stop in for a burger. Here's what I like about Fuddruckers. They have buffalo and elk burgers. I believe they had ostrich burgers years ago, but I could be wrong. The second thing I like is that you can choose the size of the burger: 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound, and even a 1 pound burger. They have a bunch of custom toppings such as fried egg, guacamole, and more. Then they have a condiment bar where you can add as much of the regular toppings as you want: tomatoes, onions, pickles, peppers, etc. Overall Fuddruckers is a good place. I can't give it 5 stars because to me there are better burgers out there, but it's still a good burger. read more

I'm from houston and I expected the fuddruckers to be the same but it most definitely was not. They have the old fuddruckers dining room and menu, when you walk you can see the meat refrigerator and the meat is just sitting out uncovered. I ordered the old southwest burger that I usually get when I come to fuddruckers, and asked for medium rare and it was raw inside, and the patty itself was very thin. I love Fuddruckers burgers & fries but their bathrooms are the worst. Always filthy and someone had the bright idea to replace their standard hand washing sinks with tiny square ones which allow water to splash and spill all over the floor. What a mess and it doesn't even look like they clean their bathrooms daily. Great food but don't go in the bathroom it'll make you sick. read more

I have wanted to try this place for years! While the burger was pretty good, for $13.20, they could've added a couple more strips of bacon. You only get two, no matter if you get the 1/2, 2/3, or 1 lb burger, you get two. They advertise as "World's Greatest," but I have had better. That's over-hyping it big time. I had a side salad with what I thought was a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, at least that's what I asked for. Got a small container of olive oil and a small container of balsamic vinegar. I guess it's a make your own dressing like build your own burger place. I did have the BBQ Chipotle Chicken sandwich which was very good along with their fries, also good. They've lost my business. They don't support TEACHERS. Called to see if there's any type of specials or discounts for holding our end of year school dinner. Owner could be heard in the background saying that they don't do discounts they don't give free food to hang up the phone. I worked here. And the the management is sketchy, everything is just messy and the food is average. I got yelled at for small stuff, and the morning employees treated me badly just because they didn't like me or maybe just because I was a little slow, the cashiers are underpaid and it's just too stressful, overworked and not enough pay. i had gone to fuddrucker's in palm springs, california back in the 80's and the build your own burgers was a great concept and a great experience. we just moved to laredo 10 months ago and began checking out the local eateries. i thought i would try something new here at fuddrucker's and ordered the wild boar burger. the burger was awful. the burger was very stinky like the meat was spoiled or just plain too gamey. i didn't like the burger at all. the smell of the burger was too overwhelming and i didn't finish my burger (i only had a few bites) due to the fear of the wild boar perhaps being past expiration date and just plain spoiled. hated the whole experience here. the laredo population is not very big so maybe not too many people order the wild boar burger and i just think they served me expired meat YUCK!!!!!!!! read more

This Fudruckers is the worst Ive ever seen. The smell is awful and the carpet is so nasty it sticks to your shoes when you walk. Ok I walked in one day with my family. We get our orders in and out drinks and we hear the soda machine like hiss as if something was wrong, management hardly tried to even put a sign that said OUT OF ORDER. People just kept on trying to make it work. I was alright with that but when we went to go and get our food and we got back, OUR DRINKS WERE GONE!!! When I got to where we were sitting, other family was trying to sit there before I stopped them. The busboy/busgirl threw our drinks and our receipt away when we were just about to eat. When I told her about the situation, she said, with the worst attitude I've ever been given by a restaurant employee, how many are you. This wouldn't have been the first time I've seen the employees be disrespectful, I've seen them acting as if every minute is their break and they stand in the aisle READING A BOOK!!!
