The gals that assisted me were lovely. When I came out of the fitting room asking for their honest appraisal, the three gals were honest. They didn't act as if they were only trying to sell items & get me out the door. They were kind, took their time to help & made helpful suggestions. Everything I bought was of good quality a real value. I left there with a nice experience & nice additions to my wardrobe. I'll be back to shop.

The…read morewoman at the counter (who said she was the owner), told my wife that since the items were dropped off over 30 days ago, they were all donated. My wife walked around and found a pair of the shoes she brought in still on the rack. The woman told her that her name isn't coming up in the system and there is nothing she can do to help her. My wife showed her the receipt and the woman still refused to help and tried to keep the receipt. It clearly shows a date of 5/23 which is less than 30 days. The store looked pretty great with all blings and sparkly bags all around the store. As I walked in I was promptly greeted by a store associated and asked if I needed any help. I mostly found all party bags/purses around which are more like New Years bling dress pair off.. couldn't find much casual and regular ones. Accessories nicely decorated.. nice collection of sunglasses and some phone accessories! They had some beautiful winter coats which caught my attention specially . I tried a few of them and after much confusion selected one. As I decided to buy it found out that ( May be they had marked the price wrong - Whhhat 1st day and you say Sorry we have marked it incorrectly !!!) on the entire range of that particular coat I selected ... The employees all over the store were so friendly and kept asking if we needed help with anything. My girls enjoyed the Easter activities and the prizes they won. Something as simple as small activities for children are so appreciated at least from me. Thank you for reaching out to the community right from your store lobby. We also purchased a few items and were shocked by all the sales they had going. The clearance section didn't disappoint either. The store was also very well organized. We will def be adding JC to our rotation.

I defy you to tell the difference between a JC Penney and a Kohl's…read more They're both laid out the same. They both have similar markup to markdown merchandise and zero help. One notable difference is that there's Kohl's cash to help ease the pain. JC doesn't even give up a Penney. And when you find a live human that could help, they avoid eye contact. If you do manage to make contact, they give nonsensical answers to straightforward questions, like "What sizes do you stock in men's suits?" and "Why do certain sizes show online as being in store?" I'm done. I love some of their products but shopping in store is not worth it.
