This is an ACE hardware store coupled with a tasteful, high end and carefully curated and presented homeware selection, including tableware, gardening supplies, greeting cards, candies and candles and one of a kind objects for the home. A $2,400 candelabra, a Smeg toaster, an excellent selection of flatware, tablecloths and glassware... pretty pajamas, $90 votive candles... But what to do if you want to know the price of that set of Wedgewood china, or the Rialto flatware? Prices are missing on so so many objects. And you cannot find a staff member... And you only have so much time before you need to meet mom for lunch. Ah well. Many of us are trying to ween ourselves off of online shopping. Retail stores... this is your moment to recoup some ground.

They told him there would be a three hour wait for gift wrap. Another customer got very frustrated with the lack of help checking out. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews and uses it as an opportunity to hire different managers and/or train the staff better at this location. This has been a longstanding problem at this location but is NOT a problem at the other Breed & Company locations.

The store is not organized at all. There is merchandise piled everywhere and anywhere. It's such a mess, and there is only a narrow trail snaking through. After standing in line to do the exchange, locating the shade and standing in line again to check out, I wasn't able to use the gift card without a manager keying it in. This seems rather archaic but... whatever. So we paged the manager, waited some more, she keyed it in and it showed $0. The cashier said "that's not possible, I did the exchange myself just a few mins ago?" The manager then proceeds to say it takes 5 mins for funds to load. I point out on the receipt that it was 18 mins ago (lots of waiting in line) and now it "takes 30 mins for gift cards to load". I couldn't stand around another 12 mins hoping it would load as I had already left my family waiting in the car for an eternity. So now I have to go back and do this whole thing again just bc their system is flawed. It's a ridiculous waste of time

We picked out a pre lit Christmas tree, two containers of shatter proof ornaments, and a star for our tree. When going through the checkout there were several people working. We waited for the next available cashier. It was a really short wait probably less than five minutes. The cashier was friendly. We paid and we're on our way. We set up our Christmas tree after our Thanksgiving Dinner. My husband removed the tree from the box piece by piece. He spread out the tree limbs so that it would look more full. Once all of the ornaments and the star were put on the tree it looked really good. I recommend going there to check out the holiday decorations as there is a wide variety of items to choose from.
