YES! - I did a little celebratory dance right there and then before proceeding to walk past on a daily basis like some sort of bubble tea maniac, checking for signs of an opening date. Finding their Facebook page a mere half an hour before they opened made for a quick run to town, excited to try Stirling's new bubble tea offering. My experience with bubble tea so far has been mixed. I find the quality and taste varies hugely depending on where you go. The strawberry milk tea from Tempo tea bar in Glasgow makes for a dreamy milkshake-like wonder and I've never been disappointed. Equally so, I've had chemically-tasting, watery or separating bubbles teas from several places now. So I was excited but, ultimately, prepared for disappointment. We were the first customers and I got to try the first bubble tea he'd ever made. We had quite a wait but we were excited to have a peek around. It's small with a cake counter at the front. (They stock the local Caledonia Cheesecake Company cakes!) They've a seriously impressive selection of ice cream (and perhaps some froyo too!) at the front, a slushie machine and electronic screens for menus. All sounding good! - But how did the bubble tea taste? As we were the first customers he gave us them for free owing to them essentially being practice drinks and the fact that we had waited for some time. They were watery and the flavour was weak. I think more mixture and perhaps a milk base is required. They didn't get it right first time but I'm so hopeful that I can come here for a great bubble tea soon as the mixture definitely tasted like the good kind. - No horrible chemical taste here! Also, I'm not a fan of tapioca boba so I was thrilled that they stock popping bubbles. The strawberry ones were delicious! I'm holding out on you, Urban Bubble!

Chat to the owner. She's lovely and clearly believes in what she's doing. She made up the entire menu by herself and chats happily away as she makes your juice. Ask for a rcommendation, she'll be only too happy to oblige. Have some vegetables in your juice, they're surprisingly delicious. That's right, a juice a day keeps the doctor away. Think of all those anti oxidants. Yum.

Its very tasty and smooth. It's pricey and there are only two sizes: regular and large (£4.39). There is no place to sit at this Zumo stand, but you can sit anywhere in the Gyles and enjoy your fruit juice or smoothie. I'm quite practical and normally continue shopping with my smoothie and so far was not thrown out of any shop :-) It's a fruit heaven for children and adults alike and you might also get your 5's a day!

Been here twice now. The food comes out quickly but surpasses any other cafe in the area. The smoked salmon and eggs were amazing the bread that comes with it is thicker than most and had a sweet taste to it. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and the items to choose from. Breakfast is sold all day. There are ample drink choices for those who have a sweet tooth. It's clean and service is great. Nice big booths that sit 6 people comfortably. New location opened in Kirkcaldy.

We were out before the crowds so the cafe was busy but not overwhelmed. The right amount of avocado to be filling and feta just added that touch of salt without making it too salty. I love a good balsamic w/my avocado toast and love even more when I don't need to ask for it. The Betty Ford was delicious. A bright spot in what was starting out as a dreary day. Fresh fruit with the brightness of the citrus, nothing added to enhance the flavors letting the fruit stand out w/no annoying smoothie base. The only thing to note is that they will split the check at the register but are not keen on it. Overall, def would make this a regular stop as part of my Edinburgh eating locales

Most recently, I had the english breakfast and it was a hardy plate full of all the essentials. Everything on it was excellent. I was also excited to see that they had a house-made pumpkin spice latte on the menu, even in July! Holy Cow can get very busy (when I was there on a Thursday, one group after another came in.) But they do a good job at seating everyone quickly, as well as taking orders and bringing out food promptly. During my last visit, I was seated inside, but previously I got to enjoy their back patio. The latter is really lovely on a rare sunny day in Edinburgh. Either way, you'll enjoy your time here.
