We got two ramens and a dumplings to share. The food took a couple minutes but we quickly had dumplings and soup and we took our pics and dug in. The wrapper was delightfully thin and the garnishes added little pops of texture and flavor which changed the flavor profile of the filling. The noodles were freshly made, springy and a little chewy but a great sauce vessel. the toppings were plentiful, the shoyu pork wasn't the most tender but the pieces were nicely charred and sauces to be distinct in the dish. The broth started off as straight seafood broth, lots of briny umami but little depth. Once I mixed the truffle scoop in, the flavor really bloomed. Now the broth had an earthy, mellow base note which made the broth a surf and turf umami bomb. It was very tasty, and the best ramen I've had in ct.
