My only regret is I don't have a pocket full of extra money so I can eat here a lot more. The servers are always fabulous. The sushi that we ordered was really tasty. Everything was seasoned perfectly. I had the Crunch Munch Roll and Sake. Hubs had a peppered tuna Tataki, which set him on fire. I very much liked it. We ordered the fried pork wontons to share, but they were disgusting. Only the bottom was browned, the other two sides looked and had the consistency of steamed. The worst part was the meat inside tasted just like cheap breakfast sausage with a small amount of green onion. They were so bad that I told our server, Kristin, how bad they taste, what they taste like, and told her I couldn't eat them. She didn't offer an apology, or offer to take them off the check. She just said, "They are pork." But the correct thing to do in that situation is to remove it from the check. It wasn't eaten, minus the one I bit into and thought the meat tasted funky, so hubs ate a bite and had to spit it out because the meat tasted like it was old breakfast sausage. Been here since 2018, it was better then. Now they have changed management/owners/ chefs, just not the same. Added more veggies for every meal to save money but also lost taste on some dishes. The ginger and wasabi definitely complemented the fish as well. The platter comes with a dragonroll and sexy thai girl roll. The former definitely wasnt very tasty and smelled fishy. The thai roll was fresher and tasted great. the eel sushi also tasted great. The bad: i ordered chicken teriyaki and while piled on a high amount of onions and cucumbers, the chicken definitely tasted recooked. it was also equal in size to a chicken breast sliced longwise to give the illusion of a large amount. the ginger salad wasnt bad but the lettuce def wasnt as fresh as it could have been. Based on the recommendation of the server, I ordered the Broadway roll consisting of spicy tuna, cavier, and more. It was colorful and textured with crushed Ritz cracker consistency. It was flavarfull not spicy. For dessert, I had the green tea ice cream which while a favorite flavor of mine is not unique to the establishment. Quite possibly my favorite sushi place in Clarksville. Small and quaint inside, the wait is usually minimal and they are super efficient at getting sushi delivered to the table. Even when it's crowded the wait time to get your sushi is way less than any other place in town. The rolls are very pleasing to the eye, as to the taste buds.
