Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.

Nice looking on the inside upgraded a lot since ive last been here (boosts, fish tank, plants, wall decor) Now I have to say I love hibachi plates. Lasted me three days no problem. Microwaveable plate so convient. I love boba so I always get boba when im there (thai tea is the best). Now the only thing i dont like about this place is how its hidden. By far one of the best places on this side of town, I love sesame chicken it was the type that melts in your mouth. The wife lime the shrimp with extra extra teriyaki. I chatted with the owner a bit and come to find out they make all of there own sauces. One of our plates was a little light on the sauce and they where more that willing to add more to it. We also ordered the dumplings the garlic sauce that comes with is a but tart to eat with every dumpling and every bite but it is still is good. I compasated with there sweet and sour. Hi,my name is Don and I want to start by saying I have eaten at hundreds of Expensive Japanese Steakhouses around the US. I came across Hibachi Express just by accident. The staff is awesome,usually only a waitress and the Hibachi Grill Master. The food here is as good as any Japanese steakhouse I have ever been too. A smaller menu of course but never the less the food was delicious. I have been back there 3 times now and always have the terriaki chicken and shrimp and a drink with free refills all for around $11.00 dollars as compared to $20.00 or more. Hibachi Express is now my favorite spot for a fast delicious meal. read more

Best place in town for Japanese hibachi food. You can't beat the quantity and price. The main guy used to cook at the Japanese restaurant in the mall and I must say he have not lost his touch.
