Thanks, Yelp, for helping us find an excellent dentist, Dr. Boone. Tammy, the receptionist, is always so pleasant to chat with and schedule appointments. Our dental hygienist (I forgot her name, but will update when I see her again) is very friendly and thorough with the cleaning. Fill out paper work and then you'll be given a quick tour of the facility. They do everything in-house, so no long waits. Lots of rooms. Nice, clean facility. Everyone greets you. Then, it's down to the cleaning. Flossing, gum measurements, high powered water cleaning, x-rays. After the session, I met with Dr. Boone who was friendly and also checked my teeth. I never felt rushed with my appointments. They take their time, and you can definitely tell they love what they do. The staff loves working with Dr. Boone and their job. I went home with a bag full of goodies-- pack of trident gum, water bottle, toothbrush, and various types of flosses. Never had a problem finding parking as they have a designated parking lot for the building. Location is close to Fred Meyer's and easy access to the Hwy 5.

He's super nice, personable, and fun to talk with, as are Cindy, Theresa, and Monica (everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with at Towne Centre) and he's a brilliant dentist, of course. I have never had stronger, smoother, more natural looking fillings--ever. And I have quite a few buckles. True artistry. And everyone was so kind, absolutely instrumental in my overcoming this phobia, that I didn't even bother asking for nitrous. And I was titrating off of an anti-anxiety medication--so that's saying something. Another thing that is very important to me is that the dentist treats his staff with respect and care, which Dr Lorio definitely does.
