Incredibly saddened and disappointed by our experience today at Full Bloom. A group of us have been going there for YEARS. We loved the selection of plants and often spent quite a bit of money there. But...That will never happen again. Today we drove quite a ways just to make our annual trip to Full Bloom. Prior to leaving, we checked their website for hours and policies. Of specific interest was the pet policy as a member of our group has a registered service dog. Full Bloom's website states that they allow service animals who have proper documentation. (See below) When we arrived at the nursery, we were greeted by one of the owners who told us no pets were allowed. Our service dog was wearing a harness with "service dog" on it and we had documentation. The owner told us that didn't matter and no matter what we said or offered, he refused to allow us in. When we told him about his pet policy on his website, he said, "Well...I guess we'll have to fix that." So much for what the ADA says! Will never go back. The workers were helpful and they were just amazing sweet people! Great selection of herbs, trees and very colorful flowers! We went to visit Full Bloom Nursery today. After confirming with their website, we invited a friend who has a service animal. After the long drive and as we were walking in, we were stopped and told that dogs were not allowed. We explained that the dog was a service dog (with her service harness on) and was not an emotional support animal. We even offered to show the dog's documentation (which we are not required to do). We also attempted to talk about ADA, but were brushed off and told that they did not have to allow the dog in. We have purchased from them for years but will no longer be doing so. If you have a disability and a service dog or have a loved one who does - please shop at nurseries that honor ADA rules. read more

Does not respond well to messages. I asked for more pictures to confirm a particular plant I wanted to purchase from their Etsy shop (Hawaiian Pathos) in which I CAN NOT get at any of my local nurseries, in which is why I contacted HER. I wanted to make sure it was indeed the correct plant I was getting and not a golden pathos. And this was her snarky reply back.. I will NEVER do business with them. read more

Love it come here two or three times a year. Love the ride up here all the country side landscape is beautiful.

We went to Full Bloom for the first time a few weekends ago and it was wonderful! We will definitely be regulars and get all of our plants/tree needs through them. The service was amazing and they helped inform us of how to nurture our plants best. Love this place! read more
