We looked at refrigerators for approximately 10-15 minutes, and no one asked us if we needed help. Employees made eye contact with us but did not speak or ask if we needed help. I was extremely frustrated with the level of customer care we received, so we left that department. As we walked through the store, not one employee spoke to us. Some of the employees would not even make eye contact with us. It became a game with me as we approached a new employee to see how the employee reacted. Not one spoke- it was bizarre. I was very disappointed in my experience.

Incredibly saddened and disappointed by our experience today at Full Bloom. A group of us have…read morebeen going there for YEARS. We loved the selection of plants and often spent quite a bit of money there. But...That will never happen again. Today we drove quite a ways just to make our annual trip to Full Bloom. Prior to leaving, we checked their website for hours and policies. Of specific interest was the pet policy as a member of our group has a registered service dog. Full Bloom's website states that they allow service animals who have proper documentation. (See below) When we arrived at the nursery, we were greeted by one of the owners who told us no pets were allowed. Our service dog was wearing a harness with "service dog" on it and we had documentation. The owner told us that didn't matter and no matter what we said or offered, he refused to allow us in. When we told him about his pet policy on his website, he said, "Well...I guess we'll have to fix that." So much for what the ADA says! Will never go back. If you have a service dog, beware....

I had a terrifying moment and when I mentioned this to the lady at the register, all she said was that the dog does this sometimes. I am appalled that this happened and could happen again, especially with someone with a disability or an elderly person. It is a matter of time before someone gets knocked down.
