Even if they dry out the pool area, repaint the puckering walls and dripping ceiling, they will still not have resolved the problem. The instructors are fabulous! The classes are amazing!, but THE POOL HVAC NEEDS SERIOUS WORK!!!

My membership is up for renewal and I am seriously considering not renewing as I primarily joined to utilize the pool. Hoping they make needed repairs very soon.

I was able to sign up online. As soon as I did I received a text requesting I bring in bank info. That was a red flag, so I asked to cancel. You can not cancel online and have to cancel in person. The staff was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to cancel me within the three day cool off period window. If you miss that window, good luck. Make sure you read the contract and see what they're charging you after 60 days - and it looks like the contract is designed to not let you cancel for 60 days! It's crazy that Crunch looks like it is a nice gym, but corporate greed has set them up to try to market 9000 different things to you, have a pretty predatory contract, and then makes it much more difficult to cancel then it is to enroll. What a poor business model.

The only thing I hate is their obsession with Fox News. Ugh. There are two rows of TVs, one on each side of the building so when you are on bike/treadmill you can watch. Two TVs on each side are ALWAYS Fox News so I am definitely suspicious of mgr and their propaganda goals. One TV on each side is CNN, one is ABC or NbC, one is work out, etc. But overall it's good. And it's a Pokémon gym so you can work out your Pokémon while you work out!
