Fortunately, the mold has been cleaned up, but even with the de-humidifiers, it is still an ongoing problem. Even if they dry out the pool area, repaint the puckering walls and dripping ceiling, they will still not have resolved the problem. The instructors are fabulous! Water drips on your head from the ceiling, there is mold on the walls and rust on all the ladders. My membership is up for renewal and I am seriously considering not renewing as I primarily joined to utilize the pool. Hoping they make needed repairs very soon.

On July 18th, I cancelled my gym membership 1-2 days before the next billing cycle. I understood…read moretheir 30 day notice so I was open to paying and taking care of all final charges which went through on July 29th. I received both paper copy and electronic copy of the cancellation document. On August 20th, I got charged for the next billing cycle despite cancelling my membership and finalizing all charges. I called them two times to resolve the issue. The first time, they acknowledeged the mistake and said a manager will look into it which they never did. The 2nd time I called, the staff said the staff who assisted me on July 18th did not do their job right and that my membership was showing as active. I was told a manager will look into the issue today 8/24 and they never did. I had to go to my bank and file a dispute to get a refund (from the bank) and block all future charges because I kept getting bs, generic responses and the owner or whoever handles google reviews gave a generic response. The gym itself is fine, but the management or corporate side of things is horrible. I would not recommend getting a membership at the Crunch gym because of my experience. Basically, I would have been stuck paying another 1 year of gym fees if I didn't dispute and block all future charges. Also note that they rarely pick up the phone, making it near impossible to talk to staff.

The only thing I hate is their obsession with Fox News. Ugh. There are two rows of TVs, one on each side of the building so when you are on bike/treadmill you can watch. Two TVs on each side are ALWAYS Fox News so I am definitely suspicious of mgr and their propaganda goals. One TV on each side is CNN, one is ABC or NbC, one is work out, etc. But overall it's good. And it's a Pokémon gym so you can work out your Pokémon while you work out!

These launches are always a big deal and bring such great energy! I participated in the Core launch and BodyBalance launch, and both classes were amazing. The instructor is incredible, super motivating and really knows how to make the experience feel special. She even hosted a drawing for prizes, which was a fun extra touch. The energy in the room was high, the workouts were challenging but rewarding, and my body definitely thanked me afterward. It's one of those "feel good after" kind of workouts. I also love that these classes are included with membership, it really adds value and makes it worth it. Definitely something I look forward to every time!

I'm a big fan of the sauna and love bingeing able to enjoy that throughout the year. Their locker rooms are always clean and have plenty of space for storing items. My husband appreciates that they have lockers in various places so you can quickly come and go without too much fuss. They have a great new walking area outside with other aspects like a field etc that is open to anyone in the community. Wonderful for a walk in the good weather! We have appreciated this gym and all of its aspects and will continue to enjoy it!
