They offered 24/7 access to the facility, by way of going through the Anytime Fitness that is located next door to them. This was key for me because my schedule didn't line up with their class schedule, but I could go and do the posted workouts at anytime! Even better, there was always a coach available that I could get clarification for movements that I wasn't familiar with. They program for crossfit, AFL (Advanced Fat Loss), Strength, and Physique training! I loved the different workout options and their program is definitely a challenge, but like any program, it's adjustable. I think this helps to maintain a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere because you're all there for a similar reason but you're probably all participating in different programs. They have an incredible staff of coaches. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they truly know their movements. Noah, Anthony, and Jesse were super helpful and friendly with their feedback. These guys won't steer you wrong, regardless of the programming you participate in. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you need help with nutrition, they work with a Registered Dietitian who can help and they work with a meal prep and delivery service. Y'all, this place makes getting in shape a breeze. They have every service you need. Moreover, all of the staff and members that I came in contact with, were fantastic people. Full circle has a new member on ramp that is really well built. It equates to a month trial/intro with an expert teaching you everything you need to know about CrossFit. A huge thing that can be a turn off about gyms to newbies is the coaches. A bad coaching environment can really make the CrossFit experience not fun. Full circle has done a great job at making sure the coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable. They help and guide you every step of the way! Another big thing is the times that you can pick from throughout the day. First class at 6 am and the last at 7 PM allows you to fit in a class no matter how crazy your schudule is. To top it off the full circle community is awesome. Members are so friendly and encouraging. The gym even has community building events on a regular basis. Things like Halloween costume parties, corn hole tournaments, 4th of July workouts and more! These events are great to get to know people and to build a cool bond with your fellow members. I have never been able to go into a gym and feel as though I am not judged based on my physical status. They want to help you get to your goals here. I've never felt that at a gym where they just want your money. This program is affordable considering the training offered. You could not get a personal trainer for this program. This class has all capability levels in it. Young to old, athletic to never picked up a weight a day in your life. Coach Mills is the best as in voted #1 Russian Kettlebell instructor in the US. I live different months in MN & PA states & here, using the Y pool swim to ease joints/back issues…read more This is no doubt the best Y w/its clean, modern locker/shower facilities, kid's pool with slides. But, there's only one 4 lanes lap pool so I have no idea why they had to "rest/close" the pool from 1-4pm weekdays. In both MN & PA, lap pool is opened all day 5:15am-8pm weekdays. If lap pool was used for swim team or life guard training, they'd open the kid's pool for lap swim. In Philly, there is one pool with no kids' pool. So certain hours, 2-3 lanes of pool are reserved for kids lesson/ fam swim, leaving 2 lanes for lap swim. But the pool is in use fr 5:15 till closing at 8 weekdays or 6/ 4pm weekends, except for Friday 2.5 hrs of pool cleaning. They tried to maximize the pool's usage to benefit members. Why such a waste of resources here in Avon, IN? I saw that the staff were just hanging out, doing nothing near the pool while members were not allowed 1-4pm to use the pool nor the sauna. It would be the best time for some ppl to swim/sauna in these 3 wasted hours. I hope that the management of Hendricks Y will reconsider their pool hours and not waste such a wonderful resource for its community. I will upgrade this to a 5 star if this is changed for the better (or even 6; ).
