I was told that I would have to pay $250.00 in advance right then and if my generator passed their inspection, the $250.00 would go toward the maintenance. What I wasn't told was that the $250.00 was non-refundable whether the maintenance was or was not done. Their inspection found that my generator wasn't three feet from my AC unit so it did not pass their inspection. So no maintenance was performed. I called to inquire about a refund and was told that their policy was no refunds. I told them that I could understand a trip fee, but not the entire $250.00. No deal. He checked the Electrical System, Cooling System, Fuel System, Transfer Switch, made sure the Battery Terminals were Tight and Clean, applied a Corrosion Inhibitor, and confirmed the Generator had remote monitoring.
