I called Glass Electric to install a new Ring Doorbell - Pro-model after attempting to install it myself. I'm usually pretty handy but this one required power from the old doorbell to the chime box in the foyer. The wires had been damaged when we installed the new door so the Ring was not getting power. CJ from Glass electric was like a forensics investigator and found where the wires had been cut and spliced a new wire to get power to the doorbell. He did not give up until he fixed it! Scheduled for a week to change out fixtures and received a "courtesy call" that they wont be showing up. With one person calling out they didnt not want to pull the other guys from larger jobs. Leaving me scrambling to find an electrician 17 hours from work start!! Completely unprofessional and their reasoning was the other job was more important and they are a "mom and pops shop".
