Sal came to install a Tesla charger. Was absolutely heroic. He found that our home was not grounded and a "hot" ground wire was in the outside meter box that could only be opened by Sawnee EMC. The wire started shooting sparks and smoke out of the meter box and burnt a place on our siding. He waited with us until the electric company came to make sure we were safe. We had a smoke detector fail and needed a quick response. We received same day service for the job. We have 21ft ceilings where this detector failed and needed a tech with an extra tall ladder. 2 techs showed up on time with the extra tall ladder. They took extra care, moved furniture and were very careful with our home. They did a great job. In setting up the service, the manager I spoke to was very accommodating with information and a ball-park quote. At the time of many of these 5 star reviews builders were left high and dry by Arc with no one answering the phone, responding to any requests whatsoever. My home was missing 7 ceiling fan remotes found a year later taped together in the attic with left over wires, switches and bulbs...yet they know for a fact they were never here.
