We have now not only Purchased a Home with FCHL, but now recently we have Re-Financed with them also. We were very frustrated, feeling extremely overwhelmed, even mostly discouraged last year when we were looking for a Home. We had been through some Real Estate Agents, also different Companies when looking for a Home especially when they'd find out we qualified for alot more than what we'd tell them we wanted to spend, or look at. Yet, if didn't matten they kept showing us homes, areas that we weren't interested in. We found that she is so much more than just a RE Agent, when working and just listening to her. She is someone that went above, beyond to see that our requests, wants were acknowledged, respected and taken seriously and were of importance to her too. As she went out and found what we were looking for, where we wanted to be right away as she found us a Home, It's the Perfect One for us in less than 3 three weeks. We were bidding and had it locked in right away also. She made sure we were Happy, Confident, Comfortable and Smiling when we left the Home that we wanted, it was our first bid and last with her as she had seen to our bid being accepted as she did mostly everything and we had a new Home in less than a Month. We were referred by my uncle who has a lot of experience with purchasing and refinancing properties and Full Circle was deserving of the recommendation and good review. My family had a very unique situation with one of my parents becoming significantly ill right as I was assisting them in exploring refinance. Every loan is unique, but I feel my parents had special circumstances with me serving as the Power of Attorney for my parent that was ill and in the midst of Covid protocols.
