We needed an appraisal set up immediately to make the deal work, so our agent recommend Full Circle. Seth reached out to me immediately, and started getting the ball rolling. He worked with me on the phone while he was getting his kids ready for school, made sure I knew everything that needed to happen, and had an appraisal scheduled before the end of the day. Seth and his people literally got everything done, from scratch (a process that usually takes several days) done within hours - and before our previous lender could even respond to a call or email. After getting all of that done in the first day, the Full Circle crew was constantly in contact, making sure we knew exactly what was needed from us, and where we were in the process. After a flawless experience refinancing a year ago, I moved out of state. Fortunately, FCHL recently obtained their license in Tennessee. I reached out to FCHL and immediately got the ball rolling on my pre-approval. I was fortunate to work with Summer and Jessica who responded to my emails / texts almost immediately to answer a questions I had or to confirm receipt of any documents I sent. Since we were putting less than the 20% down-payment, we were a little nervous how much we'd be paying as a PMI each month.
