After a flawless experience refinancing a year ago, I moved out of state. Fortunately, FCHL recently obtained their license in Tennessee. I reached out to FCHL and immediately got the ball rolling on my pre-approval. Since we were putting less than the 20% down-payment, we were a little nervous how much we'd be paying as a PMI each month. But since Full Circle specializes with working with people who would be paying PMIs, they make sure all parts of your mortgage are within your budget and try to save you money anywhere they can.
