The weeds have completely taken over our yard, and it's obvious that they only sprayed a few patches of them and not the side yards, which are a part of our contract. In hindsight this was a good thing because every weed patch they sprayed also killed our Bermuda. This had never happened in the past when they sprayed. I tried contacting them via text and email and had sporatic response at first, then ghosted. I cancelled my service and receieved one word back from the email: "Ok." To say the customer service is poor is an understatement. No apology for the technician clearly not servicing our entire yard. No apology for killing the grass (Said that sometimes happens when it's early in the season, but I've since treated the entire yard with a safe broadleaf weed killer and no grass died with that treatment.). I was offered a free nitrogen treatment to help "green up" the grass, but then he stopped texting me back to get it scheduled. Save your money and go elsewhere. Full stop: poor technical performance & poor customer service.

Worst yard on the street. In addition, the builder also didn't do a great job with preparing the yard for grass. These guys came in, tested and analyzed my "soil" (which is mostly clay and gravel) and developed with a long term plan and have been doing everything. Fertilizer, weed killer, aeration and over-seeding. I went from the worst yard to the best in two years. Keep in mind you don't fix a yard like this in one season! Just look at my glorious yard now. No weeds, no ant hills. My incredible grass chokes out all the crap I don't want. I can't recommend these guys enough. You want your yard really nice? Hire them and be patient. Do what they say. But Carlos got me a quote right away to take down the tree and clean it all up as I requested, and even though he had accidentally underbid it, he honored the price he gave me, got to my house promptly the first time and a couple of times after that to finish the job. He and his crew always showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job.
