The weeds have completely taken over our yard, and it's obvious that they only sprayed a few patches of them and not the side yards, which are a part of our contract. In hindsight this was a good thing because every weed patch they sprayed also killed our Bermuda. This had never happened in the past when they sprayed. I tried contacting them via text and email and had sporatic response at first, then ghosted. I cancelled my service and receieved one word back from the email: "Ok." To say the customer service is poor is an understatement. No apology for the technician clearly not servicing our entire yard. No apology for killing the grass (Said that sometimes happens when it's early in the season, but I've since treated the entire yard with a safe broadleaf weed killer and no grass died with that treatment.). I was offered a free nitrogen treatment to help "green up" the grass, but then he stopped texting me back to get it scheduled. Save your money and go elsewhere. Full stop: poor technical performance & poor customer service.

Worst yard on the street. In addition, the builder also didn't do a great job with preparing the yard for grass. These guys came in, tested and analyzed my "soil" (which is mostly clay and gravel) and developed with a long term plan and have been doing everything. Fertilizer, weed killer, aeration and over-seeding. I went from the worst yard to the best in two years. Keep in mind you don't fix a yard like this in one season! Just look at my glorious yard now. No weeds, no ant hills. My incredible grass chokes out all the crap I don't want. I can't recommend these guys enough. You want your yard really nice? Hire them and be patient. Do what they say. Some of our trees had metal in them where the tree had grown up around the metal that had been propped up against them as saplings. They couldn't grind those stumps. They cut all those trees and put them through the chipper, raked up all the branches and leaves and blew the driveway off. We could not be happier with their service. Keep up the great work! Will definitely use them again if we need anymore trees felled.

Unfortunately, for safety reason we had to cut down one of the trees and had them cut down and trim back some other small trees and bushes. After several years our yard started eroding under the fence. Nathan & Justine laid out several possible options for us. Ultimately, we decided on having them bring in large pipe and cover it up with dirt then sod. It made our yard so much bigger. They also cut down ugly trees that were behind the ditch and added evergreens. We also had them put in a sprinkler system & sod our front and back yard. Finally, after 15 years of living in our house and HATING our back yard we finally love our back yard!!
