The shopping experience was amazing until we made our way to the checkout and a very rude and disrespectful employee walked out of her checkout lane and yelled at us asking if we are going to checkout and we answered yes and she proceeded to yell that we need to walk back to the end of the lane and wait by the sign LIKE IT SAYS YOU NEED TO. The sign she is referring to was a 8x10 box that was tucked away in a corner for any person looking at the thing around would not be able to see.Then she walks away from the checkouts and talked to the customer service department and made us wait one of her coworkers to call us over. This ruined our day and will not be forgotten

The baseball and hockey equipment isn't a steal by any means but they still have some good prices on skates and pads. Ultimately the Play It Again on Manchester has a more extensive selection of equipment and is priced a bit better but it is nice to have one so close to home. Good service, would recommend.
