That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Most recently, Luke, provided that steady support in helping resolve a stressful situation. Their office seems to be organized by specialties and functions that overlap rather than by rigid departments. They manage the process of preparing your property for the rental market, they handle the marketing and advertising on multiple listings, collect applications, screen applicants, onboard tenants, respond to their needs in the course of the tenancy, and offboard them. You are always made aware of what's going on and always have final approval. And they also provide you with an Income/Expense statement at year end. If you are a landlord looking to lessen your load, RNB will do the heavy lifting for you, as they have done for me, for the last 8 years.
