Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. He made an appointment quickly with us to come and give a quote, and we were sold after hearing the options he could provide to waterproof our basement so that we wouldn't have such extensive damage if flooding ever happened again. We chose to install the flood resistant cement board for the walls and vinyl flooring, and giving us peace of mind. His team and job supervisor, Victor, went above and beyond for this job. They were always timely, professional, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. We are so happy with how our basement turned out! We also used them to have our couch professionally cleaned and for insulation work in our attic. We've already seen a big difference in how the heat is retained in our home. Any question we had or anything we've needed help with, they've been there right away. We can't say enough good things about them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Next brilliant idea was to use a roofing shovel for stripping shingles off a roof to take up the padding under the carpet that was being replaced. When I told the gentlemen that I had wood floors under the padding that he was about to ruin he said, that's how we do it, and in broken English replied " You want me stop the job" After calling the office they confirmed this is how they remove the padding. Two non english installers arrived on time at my home. after ripping up my kitchen floor they used wonderboard on the floor prior to putting down. tile. I had 5 sheets left over.They clean everything up and took my xtra sheets of materials. Next day they arrived at my home and i asked about the wonderboard. They stated they had taken it thinking that i did not want it, i explained that all material would be returned for credit. The following day they put down tile mortar to put the tile on it.Had four large bags of left over. same day they placed two of the bags in the back of their box truck. i told them to put it back.Again they came up with a B.S. story why they took it in broken English. The The third day they took a box of Ceramic floor wall tile along with a half qt. of impregnator that was left over,again they returned the items. That night i placed all the xtra materials in my truck and i keep it locked. They returned returned two days later to finish the job placing doors back where they belonged. ONE door had to be cut on the bottom because of the tile, they wanted to charge me for it and i told them (installers)I told them to call their boss but did not. it was part of the job. I called American Carpet of Ct to complain what had taken place. I was told that they spoke to the employees and they had told A person by the name of ADAM-- They felt they could take xtra material because that is what they did with another employer.
