Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. I…read moreunfortunately didn't catch the inspector's name, but he was amazing and looked over my kitchen and bathroom where I've been dealing with persistent leaks from an upstairs neighbor and shoddily done repairs by my property manager's "mold guys". He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. We gave them two days to get this done as we have an 8 month old we needed to relocate during the process along with all of his things. They hired the job out to subcontractors who were not EPA certified to remove lead. We had to ask them several times to even cover the areas they were working in. I lost an area rug because these guys had no idea what they were doing. I'm terrified they didn't properly clean nor even remove the lead. We are going to get our baby tested regularly..

Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return.
