Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. He was honest and told me those areas were in great shape; no need for him to add on extra work & extra cost. Not many people would be so honest. Patrick is a gem who knows his business. The ladies asked for $160 and we gave $210 with tip, she then instead of appreciating the tip, she asked for $200 payment on whatsapp without even asking her girls if they got the money. The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

If not for the accident they encountered on the way to me, they would have been on time. They did message me ahead of time to let me know, so I do appreciate the communication. Both women got to it once they arrived and were very respectful of my belongings. They exceeded my expectations as they really got every nook and cranny of the apartment. They charge extra for cleaning the oven, refrigerator and microwave. They did clean them well enough but when I went to use the oven, I'm chocking from the fumes, because it was not rinsed thoroughly. The bathroom light fixture was not dusted neither was the bathroom door, even had a dust bunny I purposely left there. He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. Two different people called to "verify" the phone number and to make sure I was a legitimate company... weird but Ok. When the third person called me back, they wouldn't give me a price quote over the phone. Not even an estimate or range of what to expect instead they said someone would need to come out to my salon and evaluate the space first. I was annoyed at that initially but I agreed. I made the appointment for the "inspection" and no one ever showed up. Then get this....The "Manager" calls me 3 days later to what I expected to be an apology for flaking on my appointment. Instead she accused me of being a fraud saying that she knows that I never wanted my salon cleaned and she wants to know who put me up to making a fake appointment!
