After a dozen attempts, we made contact and were assured the work would be completed by July 8 (6 MONTHS!). Numerous attempts to contact again from the 8th to the 10th got no response. I went by the shop and finally got Brent (?) to answer the video doorbell. WhEn I pointed out that the job was supposed to be done, he dropped the f-bomb on me and told me to go away and he would call me when they were done. When I returned to get the cushions Brent (?) was driving his RC car in the parking lot and the work was not completed. In the end, once all cushions were completed, they were not stuffed in the manner we agreed - the cost was over $2000! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They came to the house and assessed both pieces and worked with me on a convenient time for them to come pick them up. There was a dresser with two broken legs and a cedar chest with a broken leg. The dresser had other damage underneath as well. They completed the repairs and returned the items in about a week. I couldn't be happier with the service and care they took with my furniture. The price was reasonable, especially considering we would have had to replace the dresser if we couldn't have it repaired.
