I asked if they take appointments they say, "no, but come in next week and we'll get it done. It only takes 10 minutes". So I went down the following week for an inspection. Mind you coming in means scheduling it around my work, getting the kids ready, driving down, etc. I got to the shop and was told they were too busy but come by another day to get it done. What they didn't know is I also needed 4 new tires and a new oil change place and was using this as a gauge to their service level. 1 potential customer lost. My recommendation is if you are going to turn people away because you are "too busy" then take appointments.

On the phone I was told it would take 10 hrs for a full service, they called me in 3 hours. Fortunately I've NEVER had issues with my machine (including before it was taken in for service) and maintained frequently. I would suggest you taking your machines elsewhere to get serviced. After talking to a few other people that took their machine to wellers it's also happened to them. Mistakes happen, own up to them and fix YOUR mistakes, make it right instead of calling the customer and being an asshole. Wellers doesn't seem to want to be responsible for the mistakes they make, poor customer service. I will be telling everyone to find somewhere else to go as well as finding somewhere else for myself. This is from walker evans themselves... (this is the shock we have on our machine right now). So YES wellers you are responsible for covering the cost to get my shock fixed... I'll bring you my receipt so you can reimburse me. About the only way you destroy one of their shocks is to crash and bend the shaft and even then it can be repaired.
