As many of you felt like I did Scared because it was a major decision in my life. Many thoughts, concerns, long term commitment, and mainly a financial impact kept running back in forth in my head forgetting about other important things going on in my life. Until then I was introduced to Brent Hammond by sister who just had previously purchased her home with the support of him. So let me start off by saying I hate real estate agents because I feel 90% of them all they care about is closing the deal and collecting their commision. I heard many horror stories and examples of agents cutting off all communication when the deal is done, ie the buying agent cuts all communication with the buyer once the transaction closes so the buyer has to find the seller to collect the keys. With that being said I recently bought a home through Brent with was lightly renovated. The transaction was average which had its normal issues, I would say 3 stars. (TIP: Do not use Escrow Closing Services Inc if it is recommended by Brent. He has to recommend them because I BELIEVE the escrow company is partially owned by the owner of T.N.G. Real Estate. All the issues with my transaction was due to the escrow company and their lack of communication and errors.) Recently my newly glazed tub started peeling and I was really upset. It was a LONG shot but decided to give Brent a call and see if there was a warranty on it. After talking to him and sending pictures he said "I will take care of it", he got in contact with the contractor that renovated the house and held his feet to the fire to have it reglazed. From what the contractor told me was that he subed it and they weren't going to warranty it so he ate the cost and sent another subcontractor to have it reglazed. I dont know what Brent said to him but the contractor said "If you have any more issues with the house call me directly dont call Brent". I never heard of an Agent helping out a customer AFTER the deal has closed, let alone 6 MONTHS after, he truly is FULL SERVICE. I guess he is REALLY one of the few agents that really care about his clients. This is why I gave his 5 stars because he really was there for me when I needed him. read more
