You can even read it from other reviews from other people on this app. After I wrote my second review about not getting the money they owed me, i was sent a letter stating that I was not a good fit for their practice! Like I was ever gonna go back there again. Lol. It's too bad that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch & and the manager lets her get away with it? One of the dental group of Amarillo dental offices, used to get voted best dentist office of the year, those days are long gone until someone deals with the problem employee that everyone has to deal with right before they leave. I moved on and found a great dentist with super friendly staff. So happy not to have to go back to Dental Group of Amarillo, Ravenwood Court (just off of Tascosa Road). "Ohh, the desk person didn't know ...", "Oops, the manager (who was no longer there) didn't communicate the financial agreement to the desk people or the doctors." , " The schedule forgot to schedule this with the correct doctor." There is a whole blame game going on. When the front desk keeps a pile of gas cards to "make up for your travel expenses and time spent (wasted)", there is a pattern of a big problem. Between "the blame game" and "bait and switch" tactics, BBB might be interested.

I…read moremade an emergency appointment for my wisdom teeth to be removed after an awful experience at another dentist in town, and they had me scheduled within two days. They were expecting me when I arrived for my 8:00 appointment and had me in the back within 5 minutes. Within the next 15 minutes, I had my insurance run, copayment paid, xrays completed, and an IV in. And boom, they were COMPLETELY finished in less than an hour.
