I went into store to use my consignor credit after contract ended and several pieces that were labeled as "donated" on Ricochet were still on the floor for sale. If I would have known this would be the case at contract end (that my pieces would continue to be monetized after the contract ended) and not be donated to the charity mentioned at signing, I would of insisted my items were returned to me. Not cool. In response: Is this procedure of continuing to sale items after contract ends in the contract? I would suggest that, if it is not, it be added so consignor is aware on signing. It makes for better optics when a consignor sees both their item as " donated" on ricochet ( by mistake) and "for sale" after contract ends. To prevent future confusion, you might provide a copy of the contract -- either a hard copy or digital--so they can refer to it for all those items that you don't " prioritize" . In response: Absolutely positive my items by being, for instance, a pair of NWT Eileen Fisher denim pants in a 3x size. Check it. Those will be consigned under Amy Hanak.

Such an adorable boutique! I've shopped here a few times before, but today the customer service was…read moreso outstanding that i felt compelled to write a review! First off, this is such a good location for a boutique. We don't have that many boutiques in Folsom, mainly just chain clothing stores, so I am very happy they opened a shop here. They have a good selection of bralettes, t-shirts, dressy shirts, jeans, casual and fancier dresses, and jumpsuits. They also carry beautiful jewelry. The store is beautifully arranged--it is very easy to find what you are looking for. Their prices are very reasonable for a boutique. Today I came to Apricot Lane to look for dresses to wear to upcoming weddings. When I walked into the store I was greeted and as soon as i started picking out clothes, Alicia offered to put the clothes in a fitting room for me. My name was written on the door to the room. As I continued to pick out clothes she brought them into the room for me! She asked me what I was here shopping for and as I was trying on the dresses I picked out, she brought me some that she thought I would like. Very nice of her. I ended up buying a dress and a dressy jumpsuit. I'm excited to wear them to the weddings and excited to shop here again. Thank you Alicia for going above and beyond!

I'm extremely surprised by many of the reviews on here as we had a completely different experience. I do not by any means look rich, fancy, a size 2, or anyone special and we were treated wonderfully. The ladies working were so sweet, they even showed us several ways to wear a dress we purchased. The prices are very reasonable and for the quality let me tell you from experience the clothes last! I'm a person that washes my clothes after every wash and I still have the first sweater I bought from them in 2013, it still looks amazing and has not faded a bit. So, if anyone thinks the price is a little more, it's because of the quality. I will never stop buying from Apricot Lane... and I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Service- amazing!! As someone who buys her clothes off of Amazon when the old ones are in tatters,…read moreI was a bit intimidated going into this shop. But a dress on a mannequin was too beautiful to pass up and I worked up the courage to ask about it. The saleswomen, Deanna (sp?) and Linda, were so welcoming & friendly. Deanna immediately started collecting her recommendations for me upon learning I was going to Hawaii soon, and put me in the dressing room with a bunch of dresses and bralettes. (She taught me about the bralette that's "worn to be seen", never heard of that before!) They were all thoughtful selections & she got me other sizes etc when I asked. I ended up buying 2 of her selections. They were also just unboxing a new product (the rose / patriotic shirt), and I snagged that as well. I loved the "personal shopper" experience!! Deanna was the best. (Side note: I came in in kinda grungy clothes/ shoes and definitely didn't look like I was about to drop some $ but Deanne treated me like royalty.) Style: majorly boho. Value: pretty great! The black floral dress I tried on & loved didn't have a tag. I figured it'd be over $100, comparing other items I was trying on (none of them were $100, but this dress just looked & felt WAY more expensive)... but it was only about $65. I definitely intend to come back again!! Great experience, great clothes & great service!
