Everyone is super friendly & welcoming here! The studio is impeccably clean & well kept. All the equipment is top notch & well cared for. The instructor (Sarah) for my first class at this studio taught an amazing control & balance class. I thought the heat in the sauna would be overwhelming but it's actually really refreshing and I enjoy trying different workouts and how there's varied 40 minute iso classes along with 15 minute HIIT workouts and also a weight room with free weights for working out on your own or guided weight training.
