The staff is friendly, welcoming and took the time to get me acclimated to the studio and understand how the equipment works and how the class flows. I've worked out at 4 different CrossFit boxes in the area over the years, and this is by far my…read morefavorite. The gym is large, clean, and we'll-equipped. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. At 51, after I let my health go and was out of shape, and a wife who's joining me and has never performed an Olympic lift, I really appreciated the 30-minute "burn" classes they offer. Still extremely high-intensity, hits every muscle in the body, functional movements, but less intimidating and less prone to injury. I also like that they offer a free 7-day trial to determine if CrossFit is your jam. Give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.
