My experience interviewing with FullSteam was extremely frustrating due to repeated lack of communication and unprofessional behavior. I was scheduled for multiple Zoom interviews, and on more than one occasion, the interviewer (Areli Guerrero) failed to show up or was significantly late without proper notice. (Palmdale Onsite Coordinator position) Although I received an apology from another staff member (Karen), there was no meaningful follow-up or effort to correct the situation after rescheduling. Having a candidate wait on a call with no communication is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for people's time. This experience raises concerns about the company's overall organization and professionalism. If scheduling and communication are this chaotic during the hiring process, it does not inspire confidence in how employees are treated once hired. I would strongly encourage the company to improve its internal communication and accountability, as this was not a positive or respectful candidate experience. read more

One time I went there to fill out some documents. One of the workers called the police on me to kick me out based on a false accusation and got banned from the place. I'm currently working on holding them accountable for misusing the police and defamation. When I asked for information regarding the event, they refuse to give any answers but they did it in a manipulative way. She also refused to give her name. Very suspicious. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT APPLY! There may be few review on Yelp but please listen to them!!! This company lacks professionalism and management. I recieved a call on my cell phone from this company this morning and when I called back to see who had called I was immedasked for my first name, last name, and social security number after quickly and incomprehensibly blurting out the company name. I asked for the company name again and barely caught on. Then gave the information and before I can ask what the call was concerned I got placed on hold. I was on hold for well over 12 minutes with no follow up. I hung up the phone and called back. This time from someone named Nancy. I explained what had just happened and she was rude and cut me off saying I dont know who you were talking to because I dont have your info yet. I told her after much thought I figured out the company was one that I had enrolled in somewhere around 6-7 years ago and yet never received a call from until just today! I wanted to be taking off the call list and my information taken off record entirely. She continued to snap back at me and telling me that there are probably people waiting to be heard on the line while she is "wasting" her time speaking to me. What a trashy way to handle employees of ANY sort, whether they be sub contractors or not. The lack of professionalism from the two staff members is absurd, especially from NANCY who hung up the phone on me before I could ask to be escalated to a manager or supervisor. Today this company wasted 15 minutes of my time, not to mention the time the wasted from when I went in to fill out paper work and be interviewed years ago and being "hired" but never called in. This employment staff agency doesn't care about you. You're just a number to them. California State law code section 202 they failed to cooperate with the law. I didn't receive my check until 5 business days later. CA law clearly says if the employee quits with or without a 72 hour prior notice and their employer fails to meet those obligations than California Labor Code section 203 provides for a penalty equal to one day of wages at your standard hourly rate for each day the employer falls beyond the deadline, up to a maximum of thirty days.  These are known as "waiting-time" penalties, and they can often exceed the amount the you were owed in the first place. My experience here has been a good one. The women are friendly and will answer ur questions. U go n and must have ur social security card and I.d to get the applications. And they're kinda thick. I didn't understand the things and went up multiple times to ask for a lil help and they didn't make me feel like I was botherin them or uuncomfortable. My father applied here too. U can fill out applications Monday and Thursday from 8am-11am. After u complete the paperwork they call u a few days later and let u know when to come n and get ur assignment and go to orientation. Make sure ur near a phone so u don't miss the call like my father did. They close at 5pm. Hopefully I get a call back as well. read more

My experience here was awful, as a disorganized company it is very frustrating to be part of this organization. 1. You have to ask for an employee handbook, and once you ask a question about it, they say "well I have never read it so I am unsure" - that's great. 2. You do not receive your tax forms, you have to go on some website, and don't forget to ask to do this or they will forget about you. Pretty sure this is illegal but Ill let my tax attorney take care of that. 3. When you resign, they will forget about it, and send you Cobra Insurance information months and months afterwards, with a resignation date 6 months later- now that illegal and totally not reasonable or fair to anyone. 4. If you even mention that you have worked for other agencies and they have better policys they just say "are they hiring!?"-- oh okay 5. And the best for last, they will write your full name, contact information and salary/pay on a big white board for everyone to see! Yep that's fun, thanks Brea location! read more
