Awful customer service at the Haven Ontario Location. Call was scheduled for 12:00 PM today and I…read morereceived a phone call at 1:18 PM. I asked for a run down of how it worked, and the girl on the phone let me know that they mainly focus on admin, payroll, and hr positions. One would assume you were prepared for the call by looking at my resume prior, verifying my work history and experience, but clearly she was not as she immediately stated I need that experience (which I have). I'm not sure what happened in the meantime of being an hour late to the phone call that was scheduled weeks in advance, but evidently she was not doing her part and looking at my resume. The girl hung up without saying goodbye. Based on the lack of professionalism, I'd recommend finding new staff through your agency for Apple One hire because the flat energy gave an extreme unwillingness to help. I'm genuinely confused...is that not your job? Call me if you need someone who understands the basics of their role!
