On my way out of town, my clutch lever quite literally *pops* off and I laid it down in the middle of RT20 trying to turn around without a clutch. We get the bike back up and in a safe spot. Next day I pop in around ten AM. Even this early, staff greeted me warmly and were super professional about listening to my problem and explaining what parts were left on the bike vs what I needed. I've dealt with everything from big corporate showrooms to small mom & pop shops and never had THIS good or quick of an experience. No BS, Nick was awesome, now I'm safely heading home :)

I was charged 1600 for detailing, and the boat was still filthy on the inside. I spend several hours cleaning it after I picked it up. Secondly, a part was fixed last year before going into storage. The first time we took the boat out on Lake Michigan this year, the part failed and we were stuck in high waves on the lake. I called to let them know, asked them to work with me on the issue, because I was now 3 hours away..... I was basically told too bad, it was now my problem... The guy actually argued with me, and interrogated me as if I did something wrong. Obviously because I'm a female. Don't waste your time and money. Find another place.
