I went in and was buying 2 fob batteries to the tune of $37 & asked if they had a restroom the one guy says not for customers we closed it because of covid, he never even looked up from the computer he was looking at just said his piece when I said I would have to remember that he says well there are people working back there we have to think about them and walked away. I have been going there for years and they used to go test the batteries now they just put em on the counter, charge you for them and walk away. Luckily they both worked out fine but I think I will go elsewhere that is most customer friendly.

FRAUD…read more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on 12/16/2017 a kid from my household ordered 5 drones from this company. when the items were received we right away reported it as fraud to our bank and to the company that accepted the order which is batteries and things. when I called ron the ceo was nice a polite and told me to return them and that he would refund us our money. and he would not charge us a restocking fee. so we shipped them back out. when RON THE CEO finally received the items he called me and told me that he was only going to refund me $175.00 the original refund was suppose to be for $289.75. there was a total of items which were the cost of $57.95. when I asked Mr. CEO why was I only getting $175.00 he flipped out on me and told me to fuck off and if I didn't like it I could call the president of the united states and he hung up on me. I called back and mr ceo kept yelling at me and told me he will be sending the product back to me and not to be calling this number 1(815)220-0321. this place is a fraud and they take advantage of people. defiantly not professional. this place should not be in business. I could not get off the back battery plate and asked store rep for assistance. The rep get the old battery out and replaced with new fresh battery in about 1 minute. I asked what I owed and was presented a $17.35 bill. I was not informed there was a charge for putting in the 3.00 battery. I did pay the bill and lodged a complaint with Battery Plus Corporate. To my great surprise Matt, the Store Manager, said he agreed with my assessment, had a meeting to instruct everyone to inform work costs before proceeding, and said that he would give me a full refund which he did on 2-4-2026. I am quite pleased that Matt was so forthright in giving my full purchase price back. I give high kudos to Matt and all the Batteries Plus store personnel. Just so I was aware. He did not have the battery for my Hybrid and was very apologetic he could not assist. He recommended I go to the dealer and see if they could do better. I appreciated his kindness, honesty and recommendation. I go back there for batteries.
