Questioning any customers initial observations of the repair they came to you with is bad enough. Challenging your conclusions and asking if you are "just guessing" is downright rude. If I could give 0 stars that's what they deserve. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We went to another dealer to pick up a battery on Monday. They just sold the last one. They looked on the computer and centerville had the battery. We went Tuesday morning at 9. We were the only customers and were first ignored for awhile while they talked. Now on to the ignorant lad behind the desk: he had no idea what battery we were asking for although we gave the number etc. he went back for all of 1 minute and said he didn't have it. He was so rude and disinterested. I figure the only way he had a job there is daddy mist own it. This kid is a total tool bag, but so dumb the bag of tools is empty. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! read more

I buy from them because they are close to home. But after last year's service department failing to do there job properly, I don't believe I will go back nor can recommend them for service. Purchases, ya, go there. Bought tires from there parts dept, which advertises if you purchase tires they will mount for free. Sounds good, but service dept tries like crazy to still charge you for mount and balance. Didn't care for that run around Update: they mounted the tire without replacing the valve stem. First ride out, heading southbound on I-15, valve stem failed on front tire. Thank GOD that we didnt crash. We took wheel to another shop to fix correctly. Cant not recommend service at all here! 3 days for an oil change - even with an appointment. I called for an appointment for a 120-mile checkup for my new Teryx. They took my name told me to bring it in "next Wednesday". I was quoted $80 and that it normally takes 1.5 hours. I took my Teryx in at opening time (9 am) and then I called at the end of the day. They hadn't started on it. Likewise at the end of the next day. Friday they finished it and charged me $116, and added that they reduced the price because it took them so long (!). Also when I was first considering buying the Teryx, they told me I could put the down payment on my credit card, which I like to do to earn airline miles. At sale time however the story changed to no amount on the credit card. The full payment had to be via a check. read more

Friend and I are on a road trip from Texas. His Kawasaki died unexpectedly. Called these bozos and asked if the had an emergency assistance service. Nope. Could they send a trailer? Nope. Did they know of a trailer service we could call? Nope. Sorry, they cannot assist unless you arrange to bring the bike to them. I've ridden bikes for 40 years, BMW for the past 30. I've never heard of a bike shop that wouldn't bend over backwards to help a traveler in distress! Seems the system will not allow a no star review - that's what would give! read more

I've been in here quite a few times because it is close to my house. They really have Poor customer service. I am a woman and when I walk in there they act like I don't exist and don't know anything about motorcycles. I've been riding and working on my dirt bikes, quads, and street bikes since I was a kid. In addition to this, my husband brought his bike in last year for the forks and to fix the starter, they had the bike for 2 months and they kept telling us oh they didn't get the part in and oh it was the wrong part and oh it's on it's way. They didn't even fix the starter in that two months!! I kept telling them the problem was the starter, and they didn't believe me. I brought it to a guy in Ogden, had the starter fixed in 2 days, no problems since. I will drive all the way to bountiful to or this little shop mechanic in Ogden for better service. They will not get my business. read more

I bought a 2012 Teryx 4 at Fullthrottle it was a good experience,but after the sale anything good about the place ended. I purchased flares for the machine and a roof. When I got the machine home and started looking things over I found that they had removed some of the plastic rivets from the dash to complete the instalation of the flares. Not only that, the flare on the drivers side was just flapping they had not installed the screw in the flare to hold it tight against the machine. After a couple of rides I noticed the roof flapping, I checked and one of the roof screws was missing so I checked them all and all were loose. I installed lights, winch, street legal kit and other options on machine. On a ride I had a stick come up thru the floor, I called Kawasaki in Calif and told the of the problem and that I had seen other posts about this, they were aware of the problem and said to just take it to the dealer and it would be taken care of. I took it to Fullthrottle and told them that I had talked to Kawasaki and the said the would pay for the repairs. Well when I went to get my machine after it was repaired they tried to charge me $400. they said they had a case # and were pretty sure Kawasaki would pay, so I should just put it on a credit card and then get reimbursed when Kawasaki payed. I wouldn't do that so they wouldn't let me take my machine. they did get ahold of kawasaki the next day and get things figured out and I was able to go back and get my Teryx, Well when I got home I started looking things over again and what a mess, all the wireing that I had installed for lights, winch, street legal,switches, ect. and neatly tucked behind the dash was all hanging out and wadded in a bundle with a cable tie around them, thats not how it was taken. I don't know if they are just lazy or don't know how to do their job. Worst costomer service ever. read more
