I received a call today 6/19/2026 from a ERO representative who advised that the shipping was higher than what was calculated at check-out (it more than doubled) and they couldn't ship my order unless I wanted to pay the additional shipping charges. I declined and she then tried to switch me to another product. I assume they are not aware that Under Florida law, once your payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent, a legally binding contract is formed. The company cannot unilaterally change the price of the shipping or hold my order hostage. If they fail to honor the original agreed-upon price, they are in breach of contract. This is exactly what they did here. My next step is reporting them to Florida regulators for their poor business practices. This mistake was not my doing! ERO should have done the right thing here.

He regaled the group with descriptions of the birds, fish, mangroves and general ecology. The group was cohesive and enjoyable. The equipment was clean and in excellent shape; COVID guidelines were observed. Jim has a special "motor" (tow rope) for those who desire some assistance. Today's sunset and the 2 1/2 hour event were everything one could hope. We would definitely do it again!!!

We scheduled our rental online - very easy - and Bryan showed up right on time with kayaks. Handed us a map (and kept us from kayaking out with the tide!) and set us loose. We were too early for manatees, but the paddle through the mangroves was fun and very relaxing. The park we met at had an excellent kayak launch that made getting in/out SO EASY! I wish we had them in the great north! At the end of our 4 hours Bryan was right there ready to handle packing things up. It was so slick and well worth the rental price even if I didn't see any manatees. I'll be bringing my husband with next time!

I didn't get that sense at all. We were a bit skeptical about doing a tour but we came to the Gulf mostly to see dolphins so we thought it would be worth it. However when we got there that image kind of crumbled. It was run by a few young guys who seemed to make things more disorganized than it needed to be. We would wait among the chaos for our turn and twice one of the guys would call us up to help us and then immediately turn to another guest to help them. It didn't help that the clientele was a bit rough and annoying. Anyway I still had high hopes. Our tour guide was nice, and in fact I had a good time riding the jetski! However when it ended abruptly, I just felt horrible. That anticipation for seeing some wildlife came to a halt. And throughout the trip it was just a cluster! No one following the rules, many being kicked off their jet skis, kids driving who didn't pass their test..And our tour guide never once pulled us over to tell us anything about the nature! They sold this as a dolphin and ecology-focused tour but we got absolutely nothing of the sort. We didn't see a single dolphin and at no point did our tour guide ever even say the word dolphin or act like we were stopping to look for any. At the end I was expecting some kind of explanation or last words, but we were just told to ride in and our tour guide just disappeared. I understand you can't always control nature but they keep saying it's VERY unusual to not see dolphins - well not when your guide doesn't make an effort!!
