He is violent rough wity your teeth, asks for cash and will not give you any paperwork after your emergency trip. Walk-in Anthony is personable and friendly. He'll make you feel comfortable at your most vulnerable time, expecting a saviour from hell of tooth pain. Cash payment He did xrays and gave us a huge estimate for an extraction which was the diagnosis he came up with. He preferred cash and landed with us on half the price for a cash deal. We venmoed him the money and he assured that he'll do a excellent write up so we can recuperate our payment. Procedure He was extremely rough with extraction so much so that my head was moving from side to side during extraction. Xrays after procedure taken at another clinic show the bone wall busted and major trauma and destruction on the location because it was done violently. (He overnums you so so you wouldn't feel the distruction during procedure) After procedure He would not take calls to send us medication. He finally sent it after two days. He didn't send us the bill nor trays he took during our visit.

It was clear that I was in competent and caring hands to get my dental health on the right track. So far, I've had a dental cleaning and some gum treatment along with the new X-Rays and 3D scans of my teeth. My dental hygienist Tayjay has done a great job and Dr. Gustafson was very friendly and helped map out the next steps in my treatment plan which will include teeth whitening and new composite fillings. I had called around other dentists in the area and one well renown place wanted me to pay upfront for new X-Rays before they could even meet with me which was VERY off-putting and GM couldn't have been more different - they were welcoming, took a look under the hood before suggesting treatment plans, were transparent with pricing, and walked me through different payment options. TL;DR: Gustafson Morningstar has been great and I would definitely recommend them to others!

In February 2019, I was dealing with excruciating pain in my top left wisdom tooth. Because Royal…read moreOak Family Dentistry (ROFD) was closed, I went to another dentist who told me the tooth was cracked and infected, and I should see my regular dentist to have it repaired. I made an appointment with ROFD, explained the situation, and was told the tooth wasn't cracked, but I needed other treatment that would cost well over $1,000. I was given nothing to treat the infection and nothing for the pain. Luckily, my family doctor prescribed a Z-pack that took care of the infection. ROFD told me my insurance would cover most of the cost, so I had the treatment done. At the end of the treatment, the dentist told the hygienist that my top left wisdom tooth was cracked and should be removed. I pointed out that I had told her that at the beginning of the process and she had told me I was incorrect. Her extremely rude response was that she couldn't have seen the crack because of the plaque on my teeth, even though a dentist who had never seen me before had found it with a simple set of x-rays. So I went in with a minor problem and was told I needed expensive treatment. I was also told my insurance would cover it. After undergoing the treatment - which did nothing about my cracked tooth - I was told they had been mistaken about the insurance and I owed more than $1,200. They refused to make any adjustments to the bill, demanding payment in full, and have since sent the matter to a debt collector. In the meantime, I had to go undergo oral surgery when the cracked tooth split in half. tl;dr: I went into ROFD with a problem that had already been correctly diagnosed, and instead of treating it, the dentist ignored it and told me I needed an expensive treatment that did nothing to fix my problem. In the end, the dentist acknowledged the original diagnosis had been correct but did not offer an apology or adjust the cost. They also told me my insurance would cover a procedure I couldn't afford, which turned out to be incorrect.

The ambulance ride and emergency visit to address the injury he caused was several thousand dollars. Further stating that most insurance companies will reimburse. He asked that I apply for 'pre qualification' for Alphaeon credit just to see what I'd be eligible for... I drove nearly an hour for relief on a Saturday. A 2 week follow up was scheduled-he personally made the appointment. I returned 2 weeks later with 2-3 minutes to spare and the office was closed. I did not receive a phone call nor an email to cancel or reschedule the appointment before that day. I decided that I would not return for anything else. I'd submitted my claim to my dental insurance to be reimbursed for some of my out of pocket dental expense. Turnaround time is within 10 days. It's been over a month.... My insurance has reached out to Dr. McFadden numerous times. I called my insurance directly to follow up on the hold up and learn that he has not responded at all. I attempted to call his office from my office line (3xs) and my cell phone(twice), left a message, he never responded. Next day, again I called from my office line whereas there was a weird message saying that calls were not being accepted from my office number. I called from my cell and it was the Google service saying that it would try to reach him....in turn, no response. Then I recalled when I asked for a receipt for my visit, he behaved cool but odd. He modified the receipt, added codes, signed it and it was a receipt unlike a receipt, like a professional receipt may I add, that I am accustomed to. Sure, my initial visit was a relief but to ask a customer to give a review, as it helps his business, and in turn to not show for an appointment, to not respond to an insurance company for your customer's sake (the client paid immediately), to block the company, to not respond to your customer even for the retention of a prospective client is very rude, unprofessional, shady, self serving only, indicative of unreliable bad business.
