Their site says they are open,…read morethe regional director of uhaul says they are open but the sign on the door says they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure if the gods of rental trucks and trailers have different days designated as the weekend and if they do I sure wish they'd share this with the rest of western civilization. Uhaul has this deal that if the trailer you rented isn't ready as promised then they'll give you 50 dollars. Well, I contacted Steve Womack and he credited my credit card 50 dollars. Not really the same as 50 bucks in my wallet but at least he got halfway there. My rather long drawn out point is, don't call uhaul on a Saturday morning to pickup the same day to move your father-in-law who just fell and expect this place to be open. You'll only end up cursing out some poor guy trying to make a living at the uhaul call center (probably in Omaha) demanding a refund. Glad his favorite chair fit in my rig.

They told me they were booked for the next 1-2 weeks but would at least be able to scan the code to give us an idea of what the issue was. We first said "no thank" as we sat in the car outside their shop for about 20 minutes calling several other places even some outside the town who were also booked. Mind you we were traveling from Washington to California overnight. We didn't want to wait even a day or two. Eventually, we had them scan the code and they saw the issue (spark plug #6 was burned off completely, too close to metal) and were able to replace it. They went from "sorry we're booked" to being able to help us out after all.

I asked the owners wife explicitly to insure my light colored interior was not sullied. Many times I have picked up a vehicle after they worked on it with debri left inside, dirty mats, etc. Not only was the car's passenger seat streaked with black grease an idiot light in the dash was on and there were spots of oil down the passenger side of the car. I went in the next day. The owner was at lunch. I asked his partner to have him call me to remedy or detail the seat they made filthy and get the idiot light turned off. He told me the idiot light had nothing to do with them and was probably due to wiring under the horn area on the steering wheel. Over a week has passed. Nada from them. I'm done. There are lots of choices ... make one!

They diagnosed the issue immediately--it needed a new alternator, which wasn't available locally. Lance quickly arranged a special order, and the parts arrived the very next day. Gumy completed the repair promptly and took the extra time to check and double-check everything to ensure it was done right. We truly appreciate the fast, professional service and how accommodating the team was throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Over three years ago I took my Tacoma in after hitting deer needing the grill, front end plastics/headlamps replaced. Well the fog lights they installed never worked since day one, the fender wells are missing screws to securely fasten them down in all the places, the steering wheel was forced back inline without care, there was a tear in the cv boot they missed from the deer hitting it, missing bolts in grill mounts as well. I'm surprised the plastics didn't fall off as I drove away. Long story short, the stoner mechanics made a mess out of my truck going way too fast and half assing everything they fixed on my truck. Their boss was extremely rude as well coming out into the shop demanding my warranty work be put aside, if you don't want the job don't take it. Don't take a job and half ass it all the way through because you're a stoner and lazy and incompetent at your job. NEVER EVER take a vehicle here to get fixed. EVER.
