So's I had been go'in to Integrity for awhile now, couple years give or take. At first it seemed they took care of my jalopys. The last few months gave me pause for concern. Everytime I go in for one thing, when I pick up the ride they say some version of, "oh by the way", this other thing is broken and needs repair" Once, sure, that could happen, But many times in a row, seems unusual to me. Here's why I don't do business there anymore. A month or so ago my ol' boiler truck won't boil. Yas jump on the loud pedal it stops pull'in and it just isn't runn'in right. I drops it off they tell me the catalytic converter is plugged up but they can make it work. They'll fix it up and I'll have more power and get better mileage. It won't pass DEQ but we aren't subject to that in rural America so it's not a big deal. When I go ta pick it up, "Oh, by the way", you need a new water pump. I have em put on a new water pump. It wasn't leaking water or overheating that I was aware of. When I picks up my truck it's louder than it used to be, it still doesn't run right and does the same thing it was doing when I took it in there. Since the problem is intermittent, I have to wait til it becomes consistent before they can fix it since they can't figure out what's wrong. Couple weeks go by, the truck is using more gas than ever and the problem becomes all the time thing. Now it's the fuel pump and a 600 dollar fix. It's gulping fuel way more than ever. So much so I buys another ol' boiler so's I have something I can afford to buy gas for and something that doesn't live in their shop more than it does wit me. I take it back the first Monday after I gets back from camping. You can hear the obvious exhaust leaking from whatever they did to it. Wednesday it still isn't fixed, they tell me it's hard to figure out how to repair it. Friday, after five days and still trying to remedy the problem which is now weeks old, it's done. "Oh, by the way you have a wheel bearing that has to be replaced". The Les Schwab store, says yes the wheel bearing is bad, yes we can fix it, bring it by, it'll be done in an hour and half cost yas $120 dollars less than your quote from Integrity. Here is what I learned. There are two catalytic converters on my truck. What Integrity did was cut them open and gut them. Things called 02 sensors send information to the computer. If you gut the converters that information is wrong, the rig is going to use vast amounts of fuel and never run right. One of the 02 sensors was cross threaded when it was put back in, had to be replaced as well. These folks never gave me a receipt for the first repair, I'm think'in it was around 300 bucks. To have the entire exhaust system repaired with two new catalytic converters and replace the cross threaded 02 sensor cost me $731.38. I'm out about a grand but we haven't been to court yet. Had the truck re checked for bad codes yesterday, thank the Gods, there aren't any, and it's running great. There is NO EXCUSE for knowingly altering catalytic converters if you don't understand how they work. Doing so will cause tons of problems. I don't see any integrity or competence here and certainly NOT TRUST. If you want to roll the dice here, that's your choice but .. shhhh .. listen .. hear that? THAT'S ME .. LAUGHING THANKS: Rock and Sons in La Grande for the exhaust system replacement/repair work. Les Schwab Tire in La Grande for the quick wheel bearing replacement at a fair price. All Foreign Auto Center in La Grande for knowing a defective module from a working actuator on my gas saver jalopy, making that repair quickly and effectively.

Shysters!! Run!!!…read more We verified their service manager lied to us multiple times that we can verify, about our repair and we had to take our car to a different shop to find out they screwed up the alignment so bad that our tires were destroyed when we drove the car after getting it back. & we had to replace them. They actually gave us our car back with the dash AWD alert light on so they kept the car for another week to fix that problem. Second shop said they've never seen an alignment this bad ever, & we've been bring our cars to them for the past 4 years. We had to use Legacy Dodge because the power stealing went out and they had to replace. I took photos of the ruined tires that had been riding on the outer rims. I was in the shop and they showed me the 6.0 & 6.4 readings for the alignment while it was on the rack. Owner refuses to take ownership of the problem even after weeks of giving him every single piece of evidence he asked for & we've been forced to obtain a lawyer to get justice because no amount of actual evidence is enough for the owner of Legacy Dodge, who is NOT the same owner as Legacy Ford. We will see him in court, because our experience with them has shown them to be both irresponsible and lacking any semblance of integrity whatsoever. We are contacting Legacy corporate where they get their brand licensing from, & Chrysler too to report this problem. God help anyone who is forced to use Legacy Dodge for their fleet!

After months of back and forth, Robert Bates stepped in and was committed to finding a solution that suited both of us. splitting the cost with our family and getting our truck back up and running. Robert kept in touch throughout the process and his commitment showed us he truly cared about settling this whole situation. Thankfully we are back in our truck, the one needed to kickstart my business which got sidelined when this whole mess hit. We are grateful to put this behind us and be able to move forward. I have done business here for years. It has continued to digress…read more At some point yas just hear enough excuses and recieve enough shoddy work. I have. I asked the owners wife explicitly to insure my light colored interior was not sullied. Many times I have picked up a vehicle after they worked on it with debri left inside, dirty mats, etc. Not only was the car's passenger seat streaked with black grease an idiot light in the dash was on and there were spots of oil down the passenger side of the car. I went in the next day. The owner was at lunch. I asked his partner to have him call me to remedy or detail the seat they made filthy and get the idiot light turned off. He told me the idiot light had nothing to do with them and was probably due to wiring under the horn area on the steering wheel. Over a week has passed. Nada from them. I'm done. There are lots of choices ... make one!

They diagnosed the issue immediately--it needed a new alternator, which wasn't available locally. Lance quickly arranged a special order, and the parts arrived the very next day. We truly appreciate the fast, professional service and how accommodating the team was throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Warranty work is always frowned upon but you still have a job to do and you should do it with…read moreintegrity which this shop has none. Over three years ago I took my Tacoma in after hitting deer needing the grill, front end plastics/headlamps replaced. Well the fog lights they installed never worked since day one, the fender wells are missing screws to securely fasten them down in all the places, the steering wheel was forced back inline without care, there was a tear in the cv boot they missed from the deer hitting it, missing bolts in grill mounts as well. I'm surprised the plastics didn't fall off as I drove away. Long story short, the stoner mechanics made a mess out of my truck going way too fast and half assing everything they fixed on my truck. Their boss was extremely rude as well coming out into the shop demanding my warranty work be put aside, if you don't want the job don't take it. Don't take a job and half ass it all the way through because you're a stoner and lazy and incompetent at your job. NEVER EVER take a vehicle here to get fixed. EVER.

I left a review one year ago as I bought my truck brand new. As I stated previously, my experience…read morebuying the truck was great. It has only been dealing with the service department that I have struggled. I am writing this review as I am continuing to have the same issues with my truck. It is the Def system that is not operating properly. The issue is when I pull my horse trailer it depletes very quickly. I called this morning to make an appointment to get my truck serviced and to have them check the DEF system. I typically pull my trailer within a 50 mile radius, going short distances and driving without pulling as well. What I have discovered, is when I am pulling my trailer at a distance of about 200 miles one way. I start out with a full tank of depletes before I can get home. When I called I spoke to Jared and he told me that it was "normal "to use more deaf when I'm pulling. Again, I know this and as I proceeded to tell him that this is not normal. There is no way that you should only pull 400 miles and have to fill the tank. If I was rodeoing, I could not drive this truck at risk of being stranded plus not being able to afford the Def. Having this issue is very inconvenient but more than that what upsets me is the attitude of the people in the service department at this dealership. They claim there is nothing wrong and this is normal. They are rude and condescending, and there is no desire to get the problem solved. After reading the other reviews, as long as you're buying the truck, you will be treated with respect and fair however, if you have any work that needs to be done, you better go somewhere else.
