It took a few weeks to get our car back. The cost increased every time we spoke with them. What started out as a $2000 repair ended up being a $5400 repair. They told us they weren't trying to gouge us, yet that is exactly how it felt. They told us they couldn't do the repair one way and had to take a different route, which cost us significantly more. If/when future repairs are necessary we will find a certified dealer regardless of the distance. read more

So's I had been go'in to Integrity for awhile now, couple years give or take. At first it seemed they took care of my jalopys. The last few months gave me pause for concern. Everytime I go in for one thing, when I pick up the ride they say some version of, "oh by the way", this other thing is broken and needs repair" Once, sure, that could happen, But many times in a row, seems unusual to me. Here's why I don't do business there anymore. A month or so ago my ol' boiler truck won't boil. Yas jump on the loud pedal it stops pull'in and it just isn't runn'in right. I drops it off they tell me the catalytic converter is plugged up but they can make it work. They'll fix it up and I'll have more power and get better mileage. It won't pass DEQ but we aren't subject to that in rural America so it's not a big deal. When I go ta pick it up, "Oh, by the way", you need a new water pump. I have em put on a new water pump. It wasn't leaking water or overheating that I was aware of. When I picks up my truck it's louder than it used to be, it still doesn't run right and does the same thing it was doing when I took it in there. Since the problem is intermittent, I have to wait til it becomes consistent before they can fix it since they can't figure out what's wrong. Couple weeks go by, the truck is using more gas than ever and the problem becomes all the time thing. Now it's the fuel pump and a 600 dollar fix. It's gulping fuel way more than ever. So much so I buys another ol' boiler so's I have something I can afford to buy gas for and something that doesn't live in their shop more than it does wit me. I take it back the first Monday after I gets back from camping. You can hear the obvious exhaust leaking from whatever they did to it. Wednesday it still isn't fixed, they tell me it's hard to figure out how to repair it. Friday, after five days and still trying to remedy the problem which is now weeks old, it's done. "Oh, by the way you have a wheel bearing that has to be replaced". The Les Schwab store, says yes the wheel bearing is bad, yes we can fix it, bring it by, it'll be done in an hour and half cost yas $120 dollars less than your quote from Integrity. Here is what I learned. There are two catalytic converters on my truck. What Integrity did was cut them open and gut them. Things called 02 sensors send information to the computer. If you gut the converters that information is wrong, the rig is going to use vast amounts of fuel and never run right. One of the 02 sensors was cross threaded when it was put back in, had to be replaced as well. These folks never gave me a receipt for the first repair, I'm think'in it was around 300 bucks. To have the entire exhaust system repaired with two new catalytic converters and replace the cross threaded 02 sensor cost me $731.38. I'm out about a grand but we haven't been to court yet. Had the truck re checked for bad codes yesterday, thank the Gods, there aren't any, and it's running great. There is NO EXCUSE for knowingly altering catalytic converters if you don't understand how they work. Doing so will cause tons of problems. I don't see any integrity or competence here and certainly NOT TRUST. If you want to roll the dice here, that's your choice but .. shhhh .. listen .. hear that? THAT'S ME .. On vacation and my truck broke down and still a 1000 miles from home and stopped in at integrity Auto and they said there about 2 weeks out and they said they can't even lift a finger to just look at the truck and see if they know what's wrong, yea I get that there busy but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I went over to La Granda Light Truck and they were super busy as well but they took my truck in the shop immediately and found the problem and said they can overnight the part if they don't have one at the shop, and have me back on the road in a day or two!! read more

Well, I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and his team! They saved my Wife while she was up visiting family in her 2009 Audi A4 2.0 Quattro. I'm typically the one to service our vehicle (as I am the lead technician at Lamborghini Las Vegas). Needless to say on her 1200 mile trip the alternator decided to take a crap and left her stranded at Moy's. She managed to get the car there after a jump start and they had us back up on the road within two days! Fortunately for me, I get to see my wife this weekend now and the A4 is all happy. I was driving through the area headed to Utah from Northern Washington and my Jeep broke down outside the small town of La Grand and had it towed to this shop. The shop was very efficient and HONEST with me when it came to fixing my vehicle and did not seem like they were trying to take advantage of me. At that time I needed to rent a vehicle locally and come back about 5 days later due to lack of parts locally needed to fix my Jeep. If I could give Integrity Automotive 10 stars I would! My family of 5 and 2 dogs were traveling from Washington to Idaho and broke down on The Blues summit the afternoon before Thanksgiving. We called at least 3 shops all to be told that they were booking into the following week; it's a holiday we were told! Did we ever luck out to find Integrity Automotive! They had our truck towed to their shop where our car was rushed in, a starter ordered and my family including our dogs were made to feel at home in their awesome waiting room! On top of the incredible service and atmosphere.... While waiting in the waiting room another call came in identical to ours. A truck being towed in with travelers. They're shop was due to close in an hour and a half right before a holiday. Without hesitation the owner said "of course we'll take them, they're traveling". Literally no one else in La Grande has the same values or customer service. We looked out our 3 sons sitting there and said "that is how you run a business." We were towed into Integrity's shop at 3:00 and pulled out at 4:30 as good as new! We have never received customer service even close to Integrity Automotive! Thank you! read more

In a town that has so many college students, away from their family and hometown, I was hoping for a business that wouldn't take advantage of naive students when car problems arose. Seems that I am the naive one! A simple alternator was the diagnosis. "Integrtiy" (yes, i used quotation marks in describing said business) called my daughter with an absolute laugher of price!!!!! She wisely said she would have to first call her father to see if she was being taken advantage of. I couldn't tell her to get it out of there fast enough, and to another local automotive shop. A couple phone calls later, and her alternator was done for HALF of what this shop had quoted her. I cannot speak for their work, it looks like there are quite a few good comments on here. I am just letting other parents of students that get a call from them, to have them look elsewhere for their car repair needs. College is enough of a burden for these kids, price gouging them for simple repairs seems like taking advantage of kids away from home. read more
