Poor Service and Damage to Vehicle We went to Fuller's for a regular wash of the outside car, and in addition to not doing a good job with the wash, their equipment caused damage to our vehicle by knocking a part off. Fuller's is unwilling to resolve this issue since they "couldn't find the part", and as apparently their cameras are "birds eye" they don't capture the front end of the vehicle. What an unique way to try to indemnify yourself from the damages caused by your negligence. They did a good job cleaning the car. That being said, I paid $300 for interior and exterior. They called me at 2:30pm saying my car was done. I got there and my car was not done for another 45 minutes. I'm guessing this was to make sure all of the employees would still be by the car to look for tips when they really finish . Then, I noticed my center console was empty, work id, garage opener, and charging cables were missing. Then, noticed all my floor mats were missing. After quite some time I was able to find someone that (barely) spoke English and found all my stuff in a zip lock bag in the trunk, along with my soaking wet mats. Guess I can drive for a few days and wreck the cars carpet while the mats dry. read more

I have been coming to this location since the early 2000s, and I have to say that the quality of customer service has declined. I got my mats washed (the 4 mats/$10; 2 mats/$6). I have ALWAYS been charged 4 mats/$10 for YEARS. Today I got charged for a total of $16 because the manager decided that one of my mats (back passenger) would count as 2 mats. I hesitantly paid $16 in cash when I should've just taken my money back and gone somewhere else, however they started washing my mats right away. I went back in for an explanation because why would I be charged $16/6 mats if he said that the back passenger counted as 2 mats (meaning 5 mats in total). It wasn't until after I showcased my anger that the manager forgot to mention that he counted the trunk mat as 2 mats as well. I do not appreciate being manipulated like that especially after coming to this establishment for many many years. read more

Fullers lost a great customer today. Yesterday I took my car to be washed inside and out to the tune of $42 plus a $8 tip. They never cleaned to dash, mats were not included and inside windshield was done haphazardly. I did bring it back after I called when I got home and went back today. He cleaned the windshield again and the mirror but not the mats. He wanted another $6 to clean the mats! For $42 minus tip and mats weren't included? That ridiculous! Neat little car wash on Harlem Avenue. The best thing here is you can get a touch free car wash for $3...and $3 is just about the right price point. Cheap enough that I don't have to wash it myself at home with a hose, yet not so expensive that I might try to do it myself. Now if you want to you can spend $20 and get everything fluffed and dusted, but the $3 wash is the best. You zip in and zip out and never have to leave your car. Automatic machines take your money on the way in and open a gate for you to pass through with the car. Easy as pie. Give it a try. read more

This place is amazing. I come here once a week for the three dollar wash, and free vacuums. The workers there are nice, my car always gets cleaned very well. Majority of the vacuums work great. Never again. Heard and saw a loud bang on my windshield and when I get out this crack was there. I even have the footage the worker let me record. No crack before clearly. This is a 2018 chevy cruze I bought brand new. Ive taken this car to this wash 3 times in the last year only place I have been to. I let them know what happened. I spent the whole day and next day playing tag with the owner "Larry Fuller" who didnt even contact me himself when this happened and he was there. I had to write him an email for him to call me the next day for him to sit there and say it wasn't the car wash and offer no help. He said he had private insurance and basically said I could "try" to charge him. Thank you for the $400 windshield replacement. Go elsewhere he also told me to lie to insurance for a lower claim. I went for a basic car wash the other day to fuller's and the drying blower blew off a side mirror cover, approached the manager and said "sorry we have a signs that says we're not responsible" then I tried to show how it's not a after market part and had to previous damage but he insisted that they too no responsibility and that the owner/GM would stand behind his statement since that's how they always handle similar Just know that an inexpensive carwash will reflect somehow (luckily my car is not super fancy). Hate the way they jam you on top of the car in front of you, and understand why so many others complain about scrapes and accidents. I went through this car wash and the car in front of me fell off the track. The track kept going and I hit the car in front of me and the car behind me hit me. Cars were just bumping back and forth. This happened to my bumper and even though Fullers clearly knew that it happened they denied all liability and said that it must have been there before I entered the wash. $2900 in damage for a $3 car wash. One star for a cheap $3 car wash and free self vacuum. Keep your purchase at this place to self care or you will feel ripped off. I paid $17 for the interior. I tipped two dollars to each of the two gentlemen who worked on the interior for a total of $21. I feel like they stole from me. The interior of my car was wiped down with water moist towels, but they didn't get residue off my dash, the cup holders still have grit and paper in them. They did a good job with vacuum, so that gets one star. Interior windows were still smudged and dog hair still on my dash. I over paid by about eighteen bucks. I could have had the neighbor kid wash and vacuum my car in my own driveway, a little 12 year old would have done a better job. They even left used dirty disposable cups in my cupholder. I threw them away myself before driving away in disgust. Keep your money. Wipe down your own interior and vacuum for free. Total waste of time and money. Scratched my vehicle really bad and refused to do anything. Horrible car wash and customer service

Usually I just get an exterior but this time I got a full interior package. What a waste of money! No care or concern was put into it, the entire inside was just sprayed and wiped down. Still have smudges all over the inside of my windshield. I should have gone to Delta Sonic instead. Plus the entire inside smells like cleaning supplies and I have the taste of it on my mouth as I speak. On top of it, the guy left these horrible smelling air fresheners laying on my mats inside. Ugh, they need to teach the guy how to clean the inside of a car. Maybe next time I'll stick to exterior and use the free vacuum with it. Updated: I also realized there is now something wrong with my sunroof. Not sure if its related but it is now rubbing and making a more grinding noise when it opens and closes. I ALWAYS go to this specific car wash and have never had problems. Today I went through the wash with my car perfectly normal and when I came out of the car wash I heard a thumping sound when I drove. I got out to look and didn't see anything unusual but the noise continued. I got out again and saw a giant screw in my front tire. Lovely. So I immediately had to get that repaired which was an inconvenience for me when all I was trying to do was wash my car. I send an email with pictures to Larry Fuller the manager and I am waiting to hear back for Atleast acknowledgment. I called and the guy on the phone literally said "so there's a screw in your tire? If you come here for a standard car wash like we did expect to see a long line as we did also. I have never seen anything short of a long line of cars here. Do not let it intimidate you though. The massive line we started out in moved very quickly and got in the wash in really no time at all. It was not as bad as expected. We just got a basic wash just o get a bit of rad salt and winter dirt off of our car and we just wanted to make it look presentable for a bit. Not a very good car wash. They set vehicles too close and causes a malfunction on the conveyor so that my vehicle was tilted one side and hit from behind. Read the reviews. This place is incompetent and that's being nice. The car wash rips the mirror off of my vehicle. I go in and talk to the guy and he says they won't accept any responsibility because it may have already been like that. Come on man, the mirror was there before the wash and now it's not! I told him if they at least had signs up to pull the mirrors in I wouldn't be as upset and he said he wouldn't have expected it to happen. Then goes on to tell me they can glue it back on as they do all the time for other customers...why would you expect it to not happen if your always gluing mirrors back on?! So I let them put it back on (idk what I was thinking). The epoxy they used is still wet days later and just created a huge mess. I was pushed into the car in front of me. Today (Nov. 12, 2016) I went through the Fuller's car wash on Harlem and as I was 3/4 the way through the wash, the car in front of me started having issues getting out of the wash. It looked like their tire started skipping over the pusher on the track and they just stopped. I expected the line to stop, but it did not and I was pushed into their car. Not until I hit my horn did they line stop, and the person in front of me put their car in drive and drove off. They never stopped outside of the wash or acknowledged the bump of cars. I drove out, no one came out to talk, but two employees kept looking at me. Not until I started walking over did Adrain (morning manager?) did he come out. He acknowledged that he saw the car issues, but said I should have gotten the cars license and taken it to our insurance if there was damage. He told me that I was the operator of the car and they assume no liability. I was surprised by the brush off or this guy. I was told I could talk to his manager, but that he wasn't around, and didn't offer up a name. When I asked for his name, he gave me a Fuller's pamphlet and told that if I call the number, that Adrian ( the person I was talking too) would answer and there was nothing he would do. I'm seriously surprised by their lack of acknowledgment of the entire situation. As far as I'm concerned, when I put my car in neutral and enter their automated track, the car is being operated by them. They should have safe guards in place if a car fails to make it out of the wash and instead of being pushed into the car in front of me, the entire line should have been stopped. At a minimum they should express some concern for the cars, damage or occupants of the cars. They should also have someone at the end of the line making sure this doesn't happen if stopping the line isn't automated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I paid $75 for the express detail today. I asked if I needed to pay extra for trunk vacuum or extra vacuuming and was told no, it was not necessary and they would take care of vacuuming the entire car. The person at the front was very polite and we went over something I specifically wanted which was leaves and dirt removed from the trunk jams. He agreed that they would do this. When The car was done I noticed that the driver side door was still a little dirty but I decided to let that go. When I got home I realized that they did not vacuum the trunk or clean the trunk jams as we had discussed. All four of the car doors were not as clean as I had hoped for. I'm not sure what I paid $75 for and I'm not very happy about the service. Had to go down to one star as a plastic detail on my car door just fell off. It made it 10 years but couldn't survive a fullers car wash. Just go to Delta Sonic and save yourself a headache. I just realized they also broke the plastic hooks that hold the drivers side floor mats in place. They have been sliding around since the service and I just picked it up to realize this. My car needed a little tender loving care, so I brought it to Fullers in Orland. I paid 20.00 dollars for the full service wash which includes car wash, exterior towel dry,vacuum, wiping down windows, dash and door jams. I was not completely pleased with the service. The dash was not thoroughly wiped down. I will most likely have to clean it myself when I get home. I will patronize Fullers again, but not the Orland Park location. read more

I've been coming to this car wash for about a year. It's been ok and has served it's purpose of a cheaper car wash to get a quickie clean. I've noticed small potholes in their parking lot since last year but not big enough to say anything about. I came here yesterday and right before exiting, after my car was past the dryers, BAM!, my car sinks into the abyss!! Luckily, I wasn't going fast since just exiting or there would have been damage to my tire and rim. I thought I was being swallowed by a sink hole. Hello! And, it defeats the purpose of just getting your car washed to splash up crap from a pothole not even 5 seconds out of the gate. I did write an email to the manager last night. Let's see if he responds. They also need to have attendants readily available for the patrons who lack the intelligence to operate a touch screen. I've never experienced so many people taking 5 plus minutes trying to figure out how to pick a car wash especially when the little box that looks like a bar game talks to you, giving you instructions on what to do.
